Jay was excellent! He did an amazing job helping me upgrade my phone that was broken and told me all the different options I had. He was very patient with me while I was making a decision and he kept things very friendly. Highly satisfied with his customer service.

This guy was so unprofessional, he didn't say hi or welcome, he took 3 personal calls while assisting me, he never said what he was doing, I had to ask the price because he didn't mention anything. HE HAS NO CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE!!! It totally felt like he was doing me a favor instead of doing his job.

I always come to this specific location for any phone concerns I have. A’sauni is always so great and never leads me astray! He is extremely patient, kind, and finds every way possible to help me with any of my concerns. i’ll always come back for his service!

I visited this store on Friday 9.26.2025 approx 1:15pm. I told the Caucasian male who was hovered over the counter on his phone that I wanted to upgrade 2 of my current iPhones to newer models.
I asked him if he could take my information & pull up my account to let me know how much the upgrades would cost me. He shook his head and said only about $10 xtra dollars & he wouldn’t be able to tell me until my first bill. He refused to even look or show me anything. Instead he continued hovering over the counter more interested in what was in his cell phone in front of him.
This was a waste of gas, a waste of my time and a very uncomfortable & unwelcoming experience. I will never come back to this store again.

Absolutely the worst customer experience. Didn't listen to customers need, didn't try to answer questions. Btw Al's attitude is akin to playing high school bully mind game - half mocking half pushy. Absolutely trash. Hasn't solved my issue yet, god help me i'm gonna try the third time tomorrow wish me luck. Call authority if i go missing.

I recently tried to transfer my cell service to AT&T. I was directed to go to the the store. That’s another story. I received excellent assistance from LD and Asaun. They were extremely patient and helpful; most importantly, they solved my problem. Be sure to visit this store and ask for them.

If I could give this location zero stars, I would. I initially visited a different store because my son had broken his phone and needs a new one and I was also due for an upgrade. Unfortunately, they didn’t have the devices we needed in stock. A helpful associate at that location called this store to confirm availability, and we had already reviewed pricing, so I knew exactly what to expect upon arrival.
However, the experience with this location was disappointing. The male employee who answered (did not provide name) the phone was unprofessional and dismissive, stating that they were closing soon and for us not to come today, this was at 5:20ish PM, well before closing time. We were less than 10 minutes away and ready to head over, but he said no and that we come back the next day, refusing to assist us further.
This lack of courtesy and unwillingness to help a customer in what would be a very fast transaction, especially when we were so close, was incredibly frustrating. I hoped for better service and communication from a store representing this brand. This was extremely disappointing and I will never ever go to this specific location.
