They would not honor the 2 for $3 on the hurricane beers. My friend asked three times to cancel the order or take two beers off instead of 4 and she said she couldn't do that. Very disappointed. This happened on 12/08/2022.

So, this morning on 06/16/2022 between 05:10 and 05:25, I pull my bike in to get some gas. I pull up to the 2nd row of pumps and my mind is blown. There is this employee, and elder lady in a red shirt, checking for trash around the pumps, walking within inches of each pump. And in her hand is a lit cigerette!!!! I asked her, "Are you REALLY smoking near these pumps". She confirms by holding up the lit cigerette up and nod her head yes, then continues on to the next island of pumps. I mean REALLY??? An employee smoking at the pumps? I could not beleive my eyes and I informed her that I'd make sure I will inform her manager, she said "Please do" and just went about her business, smoking the whole way with that cigerette in her hand. Needless to say, I rode off after getting gas because I'll be damned that while I'm sitting there, the space blows up due to her ignorance and lack of concern for it's customers... Our business is across the street in the Black Mountain Ind Park, and I will definitly inform my drivers that they are no longer to fule there due to their lack of Safety practices. AKRisso

Ok my thoughts , a gas station is not where I want to see a huge trump flag before work. I usually just stop for gas , so I don't go in, which is their bad cuz I would if the owner wasn't so obviously political.

Marie, employee at this location is very rude. I have taken my licensed service animal in with me twice when she’s been working and both times she has rudely and loudly reprimanded me for having my service dog (4 lb Yorkie) in the store with me. Today she told me my Yorkie was not a service animal. Really? And how does she know this? I went to my car and got the proof, went back inside and she was nowhere to be found. I showed the clerk working at the counter. I go to this gas station daily. I buy all of my gas there, sodas, pizza, etc. Today I was getting pizza from the counter and she said “Get her out of here quickly!” She doesn’t use a pleasant tone, doesn’t keep the volume down at all, and is very harsh in her wording. Accusing me of lying? She doesn’t even know me! I have never put my dog on the ground, do not even put her close to the counter where she will come in contact with it. Marie, you either dislike dogs or your job, life, overall existence is miserable, but this is not our fault and you should consider therapy or find a different job if you just don’t like people in general. Maybe you’d be a better fit at the jail or the euthanasia department at the pound! Everyone else at this station is very kind, welcoming. Thank you to those who appreciate the customers.

I hate this place everyone talks too much and I can never seem to get anyone to look at me with a straight face of professionalism what so ever. The 2 girl in the morning are odd one is confused and the other just smells like holy heaven it's called a shower missy.

The deli has good food. Arco is the only bad part with the 35 cent fee they do take credit for gas now 5 cents higher.

Rude, degenerate cashiers. Starting with the horse face kid named Zach who works night shift to a short, bitter old bat (lady)with a dark hair who works day shift. All of them will stare at you without saying a word like brain dead morons and don't pay attention what you are ordering/how much gas you're paying. Worst customer services from the lowest trash of society.

I wish I could give them zero stars. I stopped there to get gas and not only do they charge .35 cents to use a debit card but they are super rude. I went to get an energy drink and the sign said 2/$4 so I grabbed two, they charged me 2.99 each and when I pointed out that the sign said 2/4 they told me that the sale was over and the other lady went to the fridge and tried to get the sign off and say that there was no sign, but I was directly looking at her so she had to back pedal real quick. I've worked retail for several years and if the sign is still up, they have to honor it, whatever happened to "the customer is always right?", it's now changed to "the customer can kiss my a$$"... needless to say I won't be back
