TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! RUDE MANAGER!
3/25: Dale was great, ordered Direct Stream box. My Galaxy Z Flip 4 screen protector needed replacing. He had none in stock, told me to order one from Amazon, bring in and he'd install the new.
3/28: Back to AT&T store, Dale not there. Manager came to help, took my screen protector off my phone, then said he doesn't know how to install the new one, and they wouldn't guarantee the install. Told him the Summerline store put it on when I bought the phone several years ago. He said there is no AT&T store in Summerlin, basically calling me a liar!. He turned me to another salesman who told me Samsung Flip (according to his Google search)does not come with a screen protector and one should not be put on the phone and they would not do it. Left disgusted and researched on line at home. According to Samsung official site Z flips come from the factory with screen protectors installed and if need to be replaced the original and the replacement should only be done by an authorized Samsung service center tech. There was a link to local service center on Samsungs site, which happens to be in the same shopping center as this AT&T Store at 609 N. Stephanie. It's called Ubreakifix.
3/29: Ubreakifix installed a new factory replacement screen protector in half an hour, very professional, excellent customer service.
I will not go back to this AT&T store and will never recommended it to anyone. The manager is rude and uneducated about proper fix for the phone (he could have damaged my phone by removing the screen protector) and doesn't even know about the factory repair store right in his back yard. The manager and some employees need an extensive training course in product knowledge, additional area AT&T stores (like 3 in Summerlin so you don't call the customer a liar), factory repair service centers, and especially customer service. My husband and I have been in management, sales and customer service for over 45 years. Never in an AT&T store have we been so rudely treated!

Employee CHANTHAVONG S assured me that I am eligible to trade-in my phone even though the screen is broken. Came back a few weeks after to turn in the old phone, and they denied to accept it. Wasted almost $1k. I knew it was too good to be true. I knew it was a scam. All i can say is God Bless you all

I took two phones into corporate store to change the phone numbers only...your rep added two additional lines, incurred several additional charges and sent me away thinking I just changed my phone numbers...when I received my next bill, it. Was double from $330 per month to $660 per month. I have been an AT&T client for over 40 years and I am moving my business account to Verizon.

Major issue with switching over my husband's phone. Took 36 hours to complete.
I'm from WV, in NV for conference and switched from Verizon. My husband was back home and his phone would not switch causing him to be angry with me.
Also, Thursday I told at my convention at my phones would be paid off by AT&T if I switched. It was the end of the day and was told to "come back tomorrow" as not enough time. When I did return first thing Friday morning, the tech said, "no, we don't do that but I might be able to give you credit."
By the time my phone was switched over (1.5 hours later) this was forgotten as I had lectures to attend and I'm stuck with $450 due next month. Bait and switch.
Highly do not and will not recommend.

This place has really gone downhill it is almost an hour wait everytime now. Their excuse is they are always understaffed. ATT really needs to stop being so greedy and hire some more employees. The lack or service is extremely off putting

completed phone service purchase online then was charged the same price again in store causing a double charge on my debit card and was told I have to wait for the original charge to "drop off" before i have access to my funds, which will take 7 days to complete. Called my bank in store and was told that ATT placed a hold on my payment for card verification and upon presentation of my debit card and ID they needed to initiate a duplicate charge in order to proceed with purchase. I completed the transaction but will definitely end this relationship at the end of the contract term. Zero stars.

When you leave this store, make sure the sales person did not add services to your account that you did not request. Specifically the Next Up feature and insurance protection plan.
I had to go back and they acted like it was standard procedure to do add both of those to accounts that already declined them. While I was there another customer came in with the same issue.

Be cautious going here and review your bill carefully.
Went here to get a simple phone upgrade and the associate added a “protection plan”, adds 17 dollars a month to my bill and I DID NOT authorize this.
I caught it and went on the app to remove this fraudulent coverage. The sales reps at these cell phone places are so greedy that they have to add coverages they get compensated on without your knowledge.
Be careful and read everything, what’s crazy is that the managers are in on it as well.
