I recently had a positive experience with AT&T, despite not having an appointment. I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly they assisted me. Shawn, the representative I spoke with, was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. He patiently answered all of my questions and provided thorough explanations. Even though I didn't make a purchase during this visit and was only inquiring about their services, Shawn went above and beyond to ensure I had all the information I needed. His expertise and willingness to assist made a lasting impression. Overall, I highly recommend AT&T based on the exceptional service I received from Shawn. If you're in need of telecommunications assistance, don't hesitate to reach out to them.

Helped right away, solved all our problems within 10 minutes! We were told about the new internet they offered but didn’t feel any pressure to buy it or to try the 14 day trial period. We will be back to get the internet soon. Thanks!

Called and talked to Dale to see if they had a hotspot in stock. He went and confirmed they actually had it in the bank and set it aside. When I got there I talked to Eric when I walked in, and Jerry (I might have misheard the name because the receipt said Jarrod) got me set up and walked me through the ins and outs of the new hotspot. Thanks to everyone for the great customer service. Highly recommend this store.

Came to this corporate store as my dad died and we needed to move our phone numbers off of his account, we also wanted new phones.We brought everything needed, death certificate etc. The store could not have been more UNHELPFUL.They had me call 611 multiple times do do it myself saying they had noted the account and now we had to call, I couldn't get through so they sent me away and said to call back tomorrow. When I called they couldn't help and said I need to go to the store.We did not get new phones that we wanted, and the account was never moved. I guess dealing with a death certificate is too much of a hassle for this team.

I really cannot fathom how this store has stayed open all these years. Every time I go there (which is as rare as possible) they give me half right answers or just outright wrong ones. I went in to get help with fixing my device or getting it replaced as its still under warranty. I got told that to have them replace it/fix it under warranty would require me paying a deposit of $250. For warranty, not insurance (I even clarified this with the associate and she still said "Warrantied through us have deductibles" and then she went on to confirm my warranty period was still active for another 6 months). Mind you the device is completely unusable as the LCD panel just stopped working with no physical damage, no water damage nothing. Basically my device bricked itself because of some defect in the component. She then said if I didn't want to pay the deductible I'd have to go through the device manufacturer.Except you can't do that. The last time I tried going through Samsung for warranty issues and I had purchased the device from At&t (like this time as well), Samsung told me I had to go through At&t as they're the ones who have to handle the warranty since the warranty is actually through them and not Samsung. (Also confirmed this with Samsung again today and it's still the same policy: if your device was purchased through At&t, then any warranty claims need to go through At&t for handling.)So I called At&t proper and got told there's no charge for warranty replacement/repair. They also corrected some other info/questions I had asked this store (different associate) and was told that associate was completely wrong as well.If you have to go into a "Corporate" At&t store, pick a different one than this one, or better yet, just try calling corporate. At least tech support/customer service won't try and rip you off for $250 or try and push you to call the device manufacturer and act like you're bothering them for simply asking them to do their job.

We decided to switch from T Mobile to AT&T. Huge mistake it’s only been a couple days. The store in Stephanie is a big disappointment. There is no respect to your time and the amount of wait time spent waiting. We were also miss informed, which let to waiting over an hour in a half in the store. Do not recommend and to top it off the service is no better.
