Went into the store today to try to trade in my phone, and get my own phone line. Not sure if the manager was helping me, but he was extremely rude. Was rolling eyes, and taking deep breaths after I told him what I came in for. I explained I wanted to keep the same phone number, he continued to tell me it’s going to take a long time to do it, and he wants to go on his lunch break. So I ended up just trying to get a new phone number because I felt pressured to. He made a few backhanded comments which finally made me just want to leave. Ended up going to t mobile and get a new phone line there, not to mention I got to keep my number and it did NOT take a long time at all. Very disappointed, this location just had HORRIBLE customer service.

Had the worst experience at this store as the sales associate Beatrice added another line to my account and other charges that I did not ask for her attitude when I called and even went into the store was very unprofessional. I even called the number that was added onto the line before I had them disconnect and someone answered. I wish I looked at the reviews before going into this store as I see I was not the only person that this has happened to in this store by sales associate Beatrice and the manager at the store was also no help and very unprofessional. You could tell that they definitely did this before. If I could give a no star rating to this store I would.

I had an incredibly disappointing experience at AT&T due to the poor customer service provided by an employee named Beatrice. From the moment I arrived, she displayed an unprofessional attitude—sarcastic, dismissive, and completely unhelpful. Her behavior was disrespectful and made the entire visit unnecessarily frustrating. It’s clear customer satisfaction is not her priority. I would not recommend this location to anyone based on this experience. AT&T should consider improving their hiring and training processes to ensure better service.

Went to a busy AT&T store who had no problem installing my screen protector that I bought online. Came to this location where two associates were just hanging out and they said they didn’t have one, then I told them that I have one and they refused to do it. If you’re all under the same company, location shouldn’t matter. I should be able to receive the same service that I do at any location.

Beware of this location the lady here who gave us 2 new iphone 15 pro max told us something else and we got billed something else , we were getting billed for 2 lines every month for each phone and finally AT&t want us to pay the pay in full.I switched from T mobile so that i can get better. Customer sevice but their service and coverage is 0/5 worst than cheap network provider who charge $20 month.Stay away from AT&T

It has nothing to do with the employees it's the way AT&T conducts it's payments and how many of them. Totally surprised at the way AT&T auctions and it's the reason I am thinking of leaving AT&T.

I went into this store this weekend to trade in my phone. The manager was the one to help me. When showing me what my new phone bill would be, he told me I had to get insurance on the phone because it was new, but I could take it off after 2 months. Lol I knew he was lying, as this is common for sales workers to do in order to get commission. I worked at T-Mobile. I went to the next store nearest to me on St. Rose and ordered my phone. I told the sales rep about my experience at this store and was told it was a flat out lie. So shame on y’all for trying to scam customers to get a sale

I had a difficult experience in the store but was willing to forget about it. I was pressured by an employee , there extremely long, and had nothing resolved. But then the employee added another line and home protection to my bill without consent. Now that I received an astronomical bill I recommend never stepping foot in that store. It has taken multiple calls and hours on the phone to correct what this man did. I’m sure that was his intention when he screwed with my bill because I did not agree to buy a new phone and surrendered my current phone.

The worst mobile phone branch I have ever seen and remember. The employees are incredibly rude. If they feel they can't make money from you and sell you, they are not doing the job they are supposed to do.

I wish I could give zero stars! I’ve had AT&T for more than 30 years and their customer service and cellular service have gone to hell in the last couple of years! Sadly this store on Eastern and Pebble put icing on the cake, or should I say the shove to move on to a new carrier!! It’s like AT&T couldn’t care less to take care of your needs!!
I have 8 phone lines and we’re moving on, most likely T-mobile!!

Josh is the best! I called to see if they were busy, he said come on down and we’ll help you out. When I got there Josh had everything ready for me and made getting my wife a new phone super quick and easy! Best service!!
