I recently acquired my second Audi from Audi Henderson and I am pleased to say that the experience was as pleasant as the first a few years ago. Elias, the Audi Brand Specialist, I worked with was really helpful in finding the car that was right for me. I really appreciated his time and he was very respectful of mine. Everyone at the dealership was friendly, informative and helpful in finding the vehicle and terms that worked for me.

Took a chance and inquired about a car I had my eye on. As soon as I inquired I was called by Izzy and was met with a friendly, welcoming demeanor. I was invited to come in for a test drive so I packed up the family and drove from Parhump to Audi Henderson. Upon arrival me and my family were met by Izzy who already had the car pulled up and ready to go. No time was wasted and we drove the car. I could not believe the condition of the vehicle since it was pre owned and decided to jump on it. Izzy was very professional and accommodating throughout the entire process, and we drove off in our new family car. Me and my family will always recommend Audi Henderson to our friends and family. The best experience I’ve had buying a car. Thanks for being awesome!

Update: I don't care what you appreciate. I told you people to stop and it didn't happen. Deal with it. Your sales team is incompetent and aggressive. The car industry standard is shady and unethical.
Extremely incompetent and aggressive sales people. They couldn't answer simple questions and when I texted 'stop' to opt out of text messages,a Houston Honda dealership started texting me,minutes later. Why would they do such a thing? They're that vindictive? They wanted to troll me by giving my number to a dealership from Texas? Wow! Then I got a call and text from Audi of Henderson after I had already opted out of messaging. They couldn't answer simple questions and then get aggressive as if that's gonna help them. They just lost a $60,000 sale.

We had such a great experience working with Josiah. From the first handshake to handing over the keys, he went above and beyond to make sure we got the exact car we wanted. He was honest (and we had done our homework!), patient with all our questions, and never made us feel pressured.
I had jokingly mentioned that I always dreamed of picking up my new car with a big bow on top, and he actually made it happen. Walking up (okay, bouncing up) to the car with that giant bow felt like something straight out of a commercial and meant so much to me. It’s rare to meet someone in car sales who genuinely cares about the customer experience and stands by their word, but Josiah did exactly that.
Thank you Josiah for working so hard for us and making the whole process easy, quick, and memorable. We love our new car and would absolutely recommend him to anyone.

The best in town! I just got my annual service and oil filter change. This year it was again with Ben S. The service team (as with the sales and finance team) are excellent! From the courtesy annual email reminders, to scheduling, drop off and pickup, friendly service of the whole staff, and detailed reports, The Audi Henderson service department takes great care of you and your vehicle. I have been an Audi customer for many years (in my 5th or 6th one) - and let me just say that hands down, the best service received to date (in sales or service) has been from Nichalaus. He is professional, friendly, prompt, communicative and helpful - everything I could want in a service rep and then some! Highly recommend him for all your service needs. Car buying has never been so easy and stress free! Ask for Bob, what a nice guy. Started the paperwork all the way from California, (they were the only ones that had the color and interior that I wanted) I flew in the next day, was in and out and driving home in my new car with the biggest smile on my face!

I made a horrible mistake while adding coolant to my vehicle... I had to have it towed on a Saturday morning to the service station. Miles was the service advisor thst assisted me and let me know it was a busy Saturday morning and my car probably wouldn't get on a rack until Monday, which I totally understood.
A few hours later, Miles called to let me know that they were not only able to look at it, but it was repaired and it was ready to go!!!
So happy with the super fast turn around as well as the incredibly professional service I received. There was no pressure on the recommended repairs the tech pointed out and I have my baby home where she belongs.... with me!
Miles was awesome and so was dealing with the service center!
