These guys are absolutely awesome (and honest)!! They have installed a lot of RW Carbon aftermarket parts for me as well as repaired multiple bumpers and a new hood. Their paint jobs are flawless and they blended the new paint with the old paint perfectly, which is hard to do when there is pearl flake in the paint. Their pricing is very reasonable and when an estimate does change (due to unseen damages from wreck) they will send you high quality pictures and explain the cost increase in detail. They will never do cheap work, so don’t ask them to cut corners to save cost. Their employees have numerous certifications as well as receive continuing education on how to work on and weld on newer model cars. I’d highly recommend them!

I bought a Lexus RX350 early this year and someone in a truck hit my front fender (door ding). I was so bummed out. I heard from Lexus that they recommend Auto Restore Specialist and that they were approved by Lexus. Took my car there and Kevin recommended a paintless dent repair, said he had a great guy. Well, had the repair completed and I am absolutely blown away! You cant tell there was ever a dent. It is absolutely perfect! Thank you so much, you made my day. I am so happy it’s beyond words.

I am a customer at Findlay Cadillac Henderson and have been for over 10 years. We can all appreciate the quality of customer service that Cadillac provides. However, they have recommended this place for some reason and I'm not sure the affiliation or how this works but I can assure you that the customer service and quality of businesses STOP when you try to make the connection. I called this company serval times, I left message multiple times. Trying to get ahold of this Juan guy... who supposedly is the owner. Customer service here is the worst I have experienced, they must be getting hand fed business from Cadillac so much that they feel they don't need to call individual customers back.. Newsflash to this business ... no one needs some arrogant person dictating how they do business ... no one even has time to hear your nonsense. Cadillac should rethink doing business with you and IF you are a Cadillac customer I would suggest telling your service provider to bring your vehicle to a quality shop where they appreciate the individual. Never again will I listen to the nonsense they tried to tell me ... I don't have the time either

I wouldn't even give this place 1 star. When I called this place of business, they answered the phone with just "hello". I wasn't even sure I dialed the right number because of that. Then I was told that they don't except vehicles older than 2012. I guess this business doesn't want to make money.

Cadillac came out perfectly restored after taking a hit to the driver’s side. Stunning work! Beyond that, the service at the desk is impeccable. She’s a true professional. Super pleased here!

I brought my 2013 Cadillac Escalade to Auto Restore Specialist after it was damaged by a shopping cart rolling through a parking lot. The bumper and chrome grill needed to be replaced. I was concerned about paint match given that the car is 9 years old and has a white diamond tri-coat paint. However, Auto Restore did a perfect job making the repair. There is no indication the bumper was replaced or painted. The car looks better than ever. I highly recommend Auto Restore Specialist!!!!

I chose this place because they do good work. I was recommended by the Cadillac dealership and dropped off my car on October 10th, with an estimated wait time of 7-10 days. When I dropped off the car the manager told me they may need about two weeks, which was fine by me. Fast forward to October 27th, I still don’t have my car back and I just received an email earlier today saying that they’ve just now found additional damaged parts when they were putting together the Cadillac. Why have they had my car for 2 1/2 weeks and are just now figuring out what they need to fix it? They already sent out for parts initially on the 17th, why wasn’t the due diligence done then? After I called the manager and told her I urgently needed my car back, she said the repairs should be finished on Friday (tomorrow!), yet earlier today I called and left a voicemail to confirm and have not heard back. I also received the email in the middle of the work day today, so I highly doubt I’ll be getting my car back tomorrow. If I do and the repairs are up to par I will be updating my review to include the quality of the work, but as of right now I am very dissatisfied with the inconsistencies and inaccurate wait times.

i would like to recommend auto restore specialist. !!! great customer service. !!! excellent customer satisfaction .!!! i was referred by lexus of henderson i love the way that my sc 430 looked when i picked it up. !!! thank you. !!!!! great job. !!! mz sandoval you are totally awesome. !!!!
