Went to go see a car there. My salesman was Nathan Babb and he was awesome. He was helpful, knowledgeable and wasn't pushy. I would absolutely recommend Nathan and Buick Henderson to my family and friends. Didn't end up buying the car but would definitely buy from them in the future.

I purchased a small SUV from sales associate, Nathan Babb. He was a very polite, understanding young man, who listened to my needs and expectations. The sales manager, also was very polite and professional. The people who work at this dealership certainly are on a higher level of professionalism that most dealerships could see ever. Bravo to all of them for helping me get into my new car!!!

We purchased a brand new GMC from Autonation this past weekend and had a terrific experience. My salesman was Nathan. He was amazing! Very friendly, knowledgeable, no pressure kind of salesman. Everyone was great!! We traded in a truck and that went smooth as well. Thank you so much for your professionalism and help with this big purchase!!!

Avoid having Ron as your service advisor. He told me two different stories why my car was leaking and then said it was fixed to find out when i went to pick it up that it was still leaking. Went back to him and told him that it is still leaking and he had the audacity to tell me that the fresh oil i see under my car is from an older car! The next day i went to Juanita and man she's amazing! She is such a sweet lady!! She took care of the problem and kept me informed throughout the way! She is the reason why the service department received the 3 stars and not lower.

This place always has bad reviews but I've never had anything but great service. Jake is new and did a fantastic job making sure I was out in time and even had my car washed twice! I never leave reviews but I'm sick of great places only getting negative feedback. Highly recommend!

Worst service ever!!! I left and will never be back!!Made an appointment for oil change and brakes. Got there 10 minutes early. No cars in service input area. I was going to wait. Service advisor said not busy so it should not be a problem. My daughter met me there and we walked the lot before going to lunch. Before leaving (20 minutes later) my vehicle was still in the input area. After lunch I called the dealership and SA said they were working on the vehicle. When I got back to dealership SA was busy but another SA checked and the vehicle was up on the lift getting oil changed, but had not been evaluated for brakes. Several minutes later I peeked into service area and vehicle was down so I asked the 2nd SA for an update. She went in to check and they raised the vehicle and she said they were going to start to work on it.Over 90 minutes and they did NOTHING except lie to me. I told them to bring it down. Had a meeting with Service Manager and GM so they would understand why I would never be back to this dealership again for any reason!Wasted the whole day. I should bill them for time and mileage.Took it to another dealership and had oil change, filter, tire rotation, cabin filter, front and rear brakes, and a new battery. $1300 in lost service revenue!!Stay away!

I'm done with Buick.Poor customer service.Shame on you!

NO STATUS OR CONSIDERATION DURING SERVICE / MAINTENANCE VISIT My 2017 GMC truck with 60k has had an oil leak after service by this dealership. this has been an issue for 9+ months and the dealership has not been able to resolve the issue even after replacing the lower oil pan. I brought the truck in several times with after the oil pan replacement and it was returned back with the same issue. They stated no leaks noted even when the garage floor had signs of oil residue. I have pictures from the mechanics. I visited the dealership yesterday to get a status after dropping the truck off two + days. The dealership did not touch the truck yet. Today I called and was given a status that it will now cost another $2000 to 3000 dollars to repair the main oil pan and additional items were noted to be repaired such as water lines etc. These water lines and other issues must have been damaged by this dealership due to the past servicing and repairs accomplished.I would not recommend this dealership for specific reasons at this date,This is the only dealership that has worked on my truck.1. service manager does not give status of vehicle during service.2. Prior to service before initial oil flush and oil change there were no oil leaks and no damage noted to truck. Then after service the dealership wants to charge for repairs. "oil pans just don't start leaking at 60K miles". Water lines don't get damaged on there own.3. Service advisor did not communicate a status, he does not want to listen to anything I have to state. 4. Service department held truck for two+ days and did not work or look at truck.

Bought a brand new 2023 Buick enclave nice car. 10,000 miles on it. Check engine light comes on. Attempt to call service left messages with call center no direct number to service. Still waiting on the call for days later. Called and talk to the sales manager to get to my sales person. He's on vacation which is entitled to. He told me he was going to have the service manager call me back that was Tuesday. Still no return phone call. called again left read other messages for somebody to call me back. Still waiting. This is the worst service department I have ever dealt with Ken and and get anybody to talk to you. Ford Chevy all direct numbers right to service department no problem I would never buy another Buick or vehicle from that dealership again..

I just bought my long awaited GMC Hummer EV Edition1. The dealership is fine. It is Autonation who owns the dealership is the problem. Stay away from any Autonation dealership. Autonation has very strange policies that I have never seen in any other auto dealers. They require cashier's checks even if you have a good trade in. The trade in should be worth more than any potential loss from a bad check and subsequent repossession. The worst one is they require the customers to add the new vehicles to their existing auto insurance policies before the transactions can be finished. New vehicles are automatically covered by state laws in all 50 states. These two crazy and unreasonable policies add about 2 hours of extra work for their customers. If it was not for the long awaited Hummer EV Edition 1, I would have walked out the dealership in no time. I can't walk out because I will not be able to buy another one anywhere. BTW, don't forget about that ridiculous document fee for $599, many states, not NV, limit that fee to about $50-75. A total rip-off.

Scheduled an oil change and tire rotation. Service Rep was nice enough, however low tire air light came on a week later. Discovered they did not reset the tire indicator. The tire lights now do not match the actual low tire. This is the second time this has happened. You'll get the same or better service by going to a Jiffy Lube and it will cost less.

Avoid the service department. Very slow; immediate attempts to up sell; sloppy/incomplete work.

I have been trying for days to set an automated appointment. Finally called to get appointment. Was sent to the BMW rep who could not help me then to a fellow named Andy's voicemail. I was promised a ten minute return call. Hours passed. Turns out he no longer works there and it is a ghost voicemail. Went to dealership on Tuesday. Ron Sharpe a service rep helped me. They were swamped and I did wait for a short time but Ron was a star among customer service peeps everywhere. The dealership needs to get their ducks in a row but Ron was a professional. Thank you!

I have had the worst experience with the Buick I am leasing from this dealership. First of all - the car started having issues a bit over a year into the lease which is disappointing in its own as you don't expect a new vehicle with less than 12,000 miles to have any issues. But what's even more disappointing is the lack of service provided at the dealership. They decided to keep the car for over a week to diagnose the problem and didn't offer another vehicle or a rental which was a huge inconvenience for our family. Over a week went by with no updates and we had to contact the dealership multiple times to finally get an update. By the time we were able to get the car - they told us we had a flat tire! We did not have it when we brought it in so they definitely got a nail in that tire while test driving the car! Since we were tired of arguing with them, we took the car back with a spare and bought a new tire ourselves. And on top of that - they didn't even wash the car after servicing and keeping it for nearly two weeks. The worst experience ever!
