Service here is really bad. I stood in line for 20 minutes without anyone acknowledging my presence. Walked out after no one helped and 5 employees continued to stand around chit chatting.

11/29/2024 at 11:37am I tried calling and was spoken to very rudely and can clearly see that the individual was messing with me and having terrible customer service. THEN HUNG UP. I called back and he immediately put me on hold and left me there until I hung up. I would suggest seeing who answered the phone at that exact time stamp. I will be calling corporate immediately after this.

Very unhelpful and unprofessional. I called ahead to see if they had a specific item, which they confirmed they did and said they would hold it. I drove from out of town and when I got there they seemed to have no idea, and one guy eventually said he was the one but he didn’t actually confirm the item was there or pull it from the shelf. Took forever and the amount of foul language just in casual conversation is not something I would expect from a business

I got a bad experience this morning..i went to buy a cabin and engine filter for my 2023 highlander..the cabin filter is to short and the engine is quite large on size…its a waste of someones time going back again to change it, i hope it wont happen to anybody again..worst experience ever

Would like to give a shout out to Jason! Went there to get my battery tested ( and needed a new one) and Jason installed the new one. He was friendly, professional and politely asked a homeless man to please leave when he approached my vehicle. Jason you rocked!
