I came in for a cabin air filter & engine air filter. Kevon was quick to go grab my parts & then was kind enough to install both filters for me. He did a fantastic job & I left a very happy customer. I highly recommend this AutoZone & ask for Kevon-you won’t be disappointed!

I recently visited AutoZone and had a fantastic experience thanks to a gentleman named Bing. He was incredibly helpful and quickly diagnosed the issue with my car. Bing was not only professional but also took the time to look up fuel injectors online to assist me further. His knowledge and friendly demeanor made the visit enjoyable. Asked an employee if he could help me and refused because I was not a commercial customer or from a business?!
Just had a question on where a part would be located and he replied " If you're not a commercial customer I can't help you because my customers will get mad" and proceeded to walk away

My check engine light came on and I drive over to Auto Zone to get a diagnosis. After receiving the diagnosis, I was given a printout with explaining the codes that popped up. Ladies, please, please, go there if your check engine light comes on or is on. I went to the store today there customer service is awful The employees did not even wanna get out behind the counter to show us the correct oil to purchase keep in mind the store was not busy its was so bad that I ask about a filter for my vehicle he searched it up in the computer and gave me the paper to go look for it. That’s how lazy these employees are. I have been to others AutoZone in Las Vegas and I had better customer service the manager is the same thing lazy like her employees..

I purchased a starter for my vehicle from AutoZone a few months back and it went bad. I knew it was bad because it blew the 50amp fuse for the starter in my power fuse box. My vehicle was in a parking lot a mile from this location, so I removed the starter and took it to get warrantied. The employee that helped me would not warranty the starter because he said it passed the bench test he performed. The machine he used to test it wasn't working properly and had to be rebooted. I begged him to warranty the starter because I knew the solenoid was bad on it.
He still refused but offered to sell me a new one. Needless to say I left the store disgruntled and went to an O'Reilly's close by.
The employee at O'Reilly's that assisted me was very knowledgeable and couldn't believe AutoZone wouldn't warranty the starter. Anyway, I purchased a new starter from him, installed it and all was well. It is worth mentioning that the employee from O'Reilly's told me that if the starter I purchased from him ever went bad that they would replace it no questions asked.
I reached out to AutoZone and was contacted by the manager of the store a week later. He offered to make things right which is admirable but, I feel I never should have had to get to that level and I respectfully declined.
This experience left a bad taste in my mouth and I refuse to business with AutoZone again. I realize the customer isn't always right but in this case I was. I feel the employees at this AutoZone are lacking customer service skills and technical abilities.
