Had my car battery die on me and brought my Jaguar to Autozone first thing on a Saturday morning. Charlie was able to get me a new battery and install it within 20 minutes. Just a phenomenal job and it got me right back on the road. Charlie was excellent with his service, and he was able to get me in and out of there so quickly. Would definitely recommend Charlie and this Autozone.

This store has been an incredible help to questions I've had about my vehicles. AutoZone never fails to satisfy. Just wanted to acknowledge Christopher (Sales Manager) he is extremely knowledgeable. He provided a great deal of help on all my car questions I had and advised me on where to seek parts that AutoZone did not carry. He is extremely good at what he does and is a huge asset to this location. I will continue shopping at this location for all my part needs.

Best autozone experience of my life. Chris Rodriguez, the store manager, went out of the way to help us get our car back on the road. The staff at this location made this autozone a place that I'll keep coming back to.

If I could give 0 Star I would do it!
I was there october 22 (today) 1:00PM!
the employe had 0 knowledge about car batteries and apparently the store manager as well! The manager was really unprofessional. I needed a jump start in the morning at home, went straight to the local autozone at volunteer ave. They diagnosed my battery was failing and also give me the a jump start to go yo this place because they didn’t carry in store the proper battery for my car. Store manager refused first to trade it in under warranty even I showed the receipt from the previous place where shows it failed! I asked him nicely that time to call the previous store what they did and they verified it! Still refused to serve me. Than I had to argue with this person because he said my alternator and my wiring the problem. with a jumped battery I could not get to the corner, we are talking about 8 miles. with wiring issue I thunk I couldnt drive daily 2,5 year with that battery! visible acid on the top of the battery what point for cell damage. Sad the other autozone was professional but havent got on stock what I needed because would save me so much energy if I don’t have to train store manager about batteries and car…. Hope he gets to go back to training ! I don’t wish anybody to get fired but training on morals and knowledge of cars what he needs after I asked him to install my battery if he is not that busy, just handed to me the knew and I had to do it!

Christopher M......today you put on my rear windshield wiper on my 2020 GMC.....Break Master could not put it on.....GMC Auto Nation could not put it on....but you did...and I thank you from my heart I tried to tip you but you said you could not accept so I hope Auto Zone realizes your value and does something kind for you. 🎖

I went into autozone at 2240 w horizon ridge on a hot afternoon and Kris (store manager) Lance and Rodel were working. They replaced my battery under warranty and were so kind. Lance cleaned all the corrosion so the new battery would work well and really took his time to ensure it was in place and safely installed. It was busy today and they took time to care for each customer in an efficient manner! Thank you so much for being so kind and shoutout to the staff for their hardwork. I will always recommend this autozone to everyone!
