BEST BANKING EXPERIENCE YET.
I made an appointment to open a business account.
Claudia was very helpful and made the process very smooth and enjoyable, we talked about my business endeavors, and she handed me information about the industry that came with various tools for my use, she also referred me to a Financial advisor and gave me a list of recommended CPA's.
This is now my new favorite location, very grateful for this service, Claudia goes above and beyond and definitely deserves a raise.

Worst experience in my life!! Took my 90 year mother there to turn her credit card on because it couldn't be done on line. They heavy set African American girl was totally worthless!!!!! The very kind lady at the reception desk took over and fixed the problem immediately!!! We weren't even offered a seat, a booth nothing!!!! My mother in law has been banking there 40yrs!!!!! We will be changing banks immediately.

The manager Thomas is very professional, my family has been banking with him quite often, he knows what he's doing and he never tried to push us to do any other products other than what we asked.

Thank you Claudia, I have never been treated so well at a bank. I went in to open a business account after being dissatisfied with chase. She went above and beyond and was straight forward with me. She even stayed almost an hour past closing to set up my account.

This location has the worst customer service of ANY BANK IN THE WORLD! Sam needs to be fired - he is listed by name in a lot of these terrible reviews! He lied to me yesterday about a hold on a check and electronic payments. All banks in America use a clearing house - they have the money overnight. If a bank places a hold on YOUR money. It is a scam!!! All checks clear overnight. Exceptions would be an out of country PAPER check - you would wire instead.Don’t let these terrible banks play with YOUR money!

Absolutely the worst customer service at this bank trying to schedule a simple appointment to have a document notarized. Called numerous times and no matter what you do they will never answer the telephone and then you are told to call Bank of America if you need to schedule an appointment. However, when you do, no matter what date you pick in November or December 2023, there are no appointments available. No, you simply cannot walk into a branch and get any type of service without an appointment (tried that before with no luck but at least I was able to schedule an appointment for another day). Then called the main Bank of America phone number and they pawned me off to my old financial advisor who has no ability to reach this branch office. Her suggestion is to go to a local UPS store and pay for a notary at that location. Wait, what happened to all my free benefits/services with having a certain amount of money with the bank. Totally unacceptable customer service across the entire spectrum of the Bank of America system.

On hold waiting to speak to on 3 different numbers for over 2 hours. Even the local branch it hangs up after no one answers. Never have I waited this long to speak with someone. I cant wait to be done with this company

I needed to open an account. Got here at 4. They close at 5.No space to squeeze me in, but thank god.. they were able to assist me. Very kind and friendly. :) I forgot the bank clerk's name.. but she was very kind. They need better rating

Website is messed up again. Trying to make an appointment and it says "unable to process request do to downstream/back-end system error. Try again later." I have been trying and it doesn't work. So I call that location and no one will pick up the phone. I called a dozen times. It's as bad a little little caesars where you have to order on-line because they won't pick up the phone. At least their app works!!!
