I tried to open a new account but the manager (not assisting anyone) told me there was no one that could help. Once I got to another location they told me the whole process could be done online. Thanks for saving me a trip ?

The worst customer experience ever, been a business customer for over 10 years, 5 accounts, came here to do a wire transfer, no customers waiting and nobody was able to help me then they told me to wait while they were just walking around doing nothing over 1 hour, I'll be switching all my accounts to a different bank now I don't trust them with my businesses anymore, what's happening with this bank.

Every time I go to this branch there’s a long line! They need to hire more tellers and stop paying their CEO millions of dollars.

Unable to notarize, even though I made an appointment. They made up some lame excuses and then recommended I get it notarized at UPS store. Really? No wonder their reviews are so low . No common sense, caring or honesty from these lazy people. Never had an issue with BofA, until today. Corporate will be hearing from me. Btw, UPS store notarized for me without any issues.

It was closed when we arrived. Nobody would even acknowledge us through the darkly tinted, totally-opaque glass doors. I'm starting to think they might not be doing bank business on a Sunday. So, the lobby was out of the question at this point. Now we are left with really just the parking lot and the ATM machine. The parking lot was adequate and next to the area of the bank building. The ATM machine was in working order and didn't dispense any additional money over what was requested through the point of sale terminal. Remember when they were called cash machines instead of ATMs? I think people probably still use the phrase cash machine, don't you? Please leave your comments below. Additionally, I was going to talk to someone in the bank building about maybe doing some traveling and what I could do in order to achieve my travel-related goals, both short-term and long-term. But it wasn't to be. Bank of America is better known for having a strong reputation and a firm belief in the power of a strong reputation that follows you wherever you go, making you stronger and more robust. They've achieved these goals as well as several others since they started doing bank business many, many years ago. But please do not take any financial advice from Google Maps. Always consult your tax attorney or your delegated representative from Turbo Tax in order to make these important decisions concerning your wealth, of lack thereof. As you were.

Had a terrible experience at the Bank of America near the galleria mall. I came here instead, and I was treated fairly respectfully. I did a wire transfer for a large amount that was out of there pretty quick. This place must run a little smoother because everybody looked happy. This is where I'll do my future banking needs when I'm on this side of town.

Worst Bank of America! One slow teller 15 people in line. I saw 4 eventually leave. This bank doesn't care about you or any of its customers. They always make sure you wait at least 30 minutes. So pack a lunch if you go to any bank of America

They always have one cashier. Absolutely ridiculous!!!! I hate when their ATM doesn't work because that means I need to go in the branch and wait in line for the longest time.

Once again only one staff member at thefront counter, customer line 20+ long. Other staff seem to be very good at acting busy but helping no one. If clients were dealing with larger cash amounts I bet they would have more than 1 staff member working.

Elbert is horrible. He started off helping me and then dismissed me and walked away And left me standing there to look stupid. Without even trying to assist the issue. I’ve been at the branch since 9am and having bad contractions the entire time. Not one bank rep asked if I was ok instead they all stared at me. Like I was a piece of meat. Really bad service and they should care more about the customers. This bank is a scam and they wait until u have plenty money in the account then close it. Then when you try to get ur money back they give you the run around! Go bank with someone else unless u want the problems and headaches that come with this bank. They are just not worth it and have gone downhill. Their history says a lot about them. Do better and protect your clients stop closing accounts for no reason. Scammers
