I have tried calling this bank on bicentennial for four days. Please don’t tell me you are that busy as your parking lot is always closed. I’m trying to schedule an appointment and of course wasn’t able to. I know you don’t except walk in so what is a person supposed to do when you don’t answer the phone and supposedly somethings wrong with the system, I am very disappointed with Bank Of America. I have been with you for years and I’m beginning to think I need to change.

This place is unresponsive to customers! I called 22 times and they will not answer the phone. Just a recording! They won't even respond to the US Mail. The branch manager needs to train staff.

My disabled husband made an appointment to get a Medallion Signature Guarantee for some paperwork regarding his deceased mother. I received a voicemail from the agent at the bank the morning of our appointment requesting a call back. I called him back and left a message about 10 minutes later. A few hours later I called again without getting to speak to him. I then called the main line for the bank twice but no one answered. We went to the bank at our appointment time only to be told that he could not accept the paperwork for the Medallion stamp because we have been customers at the bank for less than 6 months. The man who made the appointment in the first place was the person who opened our accounts 2 months earlier.The agent’s excuse to me was that he was very busy all morning and couldn’t return my call. I told him that he should have left a more detailed message so I didn’t make my disabled husband get dressed and get into the car for nothing. He said he isn’t allowed to leave any other information on voicemail even though mine is clearly identified with my name. If this is true, then he needs to make sure he returns calls to his customers prior to their appointment time.I think we’ll be looking for a new bank and will definitely be checking the reviews before we go.

Wow. I can only echo the other reviews for this location. If this is indicative of the BOA business model, I am thankful that I only have a credit card from them.I went to the branch at 3pm, one hour prior to closing. My spouse had an issue with a business account that had been closed by the bank. She didn't realize the account had been closed it until she got a BOA cashiers check in the mail for in excess of $10,000. - So, No the account was not delinquent.She was inquiring as to why the account had been closed. She was informed that she woud have to make an appointment to see a banker, and no appointments were available. WE WERE THE ONLY CUSTOMERS IN THE BANK! They didn't close for an hour!If you are considering utilizing them as a financial institution, don't.

This bank is nothing short of just LOUSY. They have THE WORST hours. When the bank is open, the people inside are pretentious and RUDE. In fact, I have not seen ONE friendly face in here. I got to the bank at 3:55 one day, mind you, they CLOSE at 4! They refused to help me. I literally needed to cash 3 checks. It would have taken them a couple minutes! Bank of America is the WORST bank in general. This location in particular really sets the bar low for the company. The ONLY reason I come here is to cash checks from clients that bank here. Otherwise, I wouldn't even bother.

I came in to get change for 40.00 and I was refused service. I was told they can’t cash change to non customers well if that’s the case than how come I know non customers who have come in and cashed there checks there because it’s the closest bank to there house. The woman I talked to was very rude with no customer service skills. I would not recommend this bank to anyone

Was there today. They are closed on Saturdays now because of Covid. Google hours are wrong. I guess they feel people no longer need banking services on the weekend because of it.

Horrible experience. I've had an account with BoA for 15 years and they treated me like a dog off the street. If you're looking for the managers to be of any help don't waste your time. They can't do anything more than 'what the computer lets them' so you're better off talking to a machine. Or changing banks.

I had an appointment for this morning and the two older gentleman I had the pleasure of speaking with were incredibly rude and had no customer service skills whatsoever. They were unable to help me open an account (frustrating and inconveniencing, but not their fault), and didn't really provide a solution or give me anymore information to help with my situation. The person I had the appointment with pronounced my name wrong multiple times even after being corrected. All around a not so great experience and because of that I will open an account with another bank.

I've been banking here for years & I can confirm the rumors! What a completely miserable bunch of human beings these people are. And make sure you put your silly mask on your ugly mug 800 feet before you walk inside or the sheep that manages the branch will meet you as you set foot in the building with a harsh reprimand lol. Sad group for sure.

Toni and Brittany are truly awful, from the way they treat their staff and their customers. Toni with a harshness of someone apathetic about life. Brittany with the fakeness of a Barbie. Both so condescending and rude, one with a smile, one with a look like she hates you. This branch is awful.
