I've had my accounts with BMO for about 15 years and didn't want to close a long-term relationship, but they suck so much now. After the transition in September, they are not open on Saturdays. Paying cash for BMO credit card or transferring $$ to it from BMO checking account takes two days to post a credit. Still have an account with them open just to make sure all my payments are transferred and will be closing them pretty soon. I already opened accounts with Chase (free personal checks, money orders and cashier's checks), better interest rates, got a higher limit credit card with much better benefits and they open until 2PM on Saturdays.

It’s amazing that the place that is set up to provide customer service could suck so much. I would literally burn my money before I would take it to this bank.

Employees do not care how long they make you wait. A couple are flat out rude. This bank used to be a good bank. The employees are mostly fat lazy and very very slow

I've been a customer for only four months I used to be with Wells Fargo I'm planning on going back I'm closing Bank of the West account to me this bank has gone downhill so bad when they originally opened musical they work good it was a good reputable Bank now to me they are garbage!

this bank held a debit i did back on 4/5/23 and they just put it through 4/26/23. they held it for 3 weeks from us. never showed it pending or processing. now they have something else from yesterday processing. which means that i will be further in the red. im closing my account and going elsewhere.

I've had my account with BOW for almost 2 years now. Whenever I go into the branch I feel welcome and appreciated. The employees here are always super friendly and helpful. I also always see the branch manager helping out which speaks volumes of her as you don't often see that. I appreciate all of you. Thank you!!!

I just wanted to share my experience as we are always sharing the bad but not the good experience. One day while at the branch going about my regular business and 2 young ladies seemed to be high and acting up yelling acting all type of crazy's. But wanted to give cudos to staff and manager on how well they all handled that situation as it could have gone south real quick. I was waiting in lobby the usual and they help as quickly as they can. People need to have patience. Any who I've never had any issue with this branch.

Great location and even better employees. Everyone there is so friendly. Things are done differently but hey every bank has their own rules. I've gone when lines are long and when I'm the only customer present, and I hear a "hello" or "welcome". I appreciate that! Anyway I've been part of this bank for a few years. If you don't mind waiting (sometimes) for great service (always), go here.

I have been with bank of the west in Colorado for 25 yrs and great service!Move here in nv and the worst service in my years with BOW!!How can BOW let this happen when others of BOW does a great job?Maybe it's time to change banks and close them down.Six years here and very disappointed in BOW.

I arrived at the bank and the two tellers were helping other clients. I was next in line and 25 minutes later I finally get some service. For some reason this branch has to call and verify every check I am cashing. I just cashed a higher dollar check at one of their other branches yesterday and was in and out in 10 minutes. No phone calls necessary. Was charged $9.50 per check as well. All of the checks were from the same client of mine so I find this excessive. They made no offer to waive any of the fees due to the excessive wait times either. After all of this, they still try to get you to open an account. Based on the level of service here, it will be a cold day in hell before that happens.

This bank charges a $3 fee everytime cashback is received at a grocery or convenience strore. To make matters worse the fees are not charged in real time but rather at the end of the monthly statement. For me I was charged $69 in fees all in one lump sum for cashback when I had no idea this bank charged fees for this. Thievery plain and simple
