I bought a $1,200 drop in counter grill. It basically is useless. If there is 1 mile of wind the grill doesn't heat up and the starter melts. What good is a grill you can only use on days there is absolutely no wind at all. Every other grill I have owned you could use in a tornado no problem. Total waste of money. Do yourself a favor and buy a different brand.

Purchased their barbecue installed it myself and went to try the lights. the front lights on the temp controller did not work. The back lights did. called to see if someone could come and look at it. They said yes we can come out but it’s $165 After spending $2100 with them. Not happy

Caitlyn and Ricky were super knowledgeable and helpful. They helped me choose and design a BBQ island. All appliances were delivered free of charge. Caitlyn even notified me when they had a sale event. Great service

I found an item on Amazon. It was a $240 switch. They were more expensive but gave me a discount to match the price on Amazon. I am a business owner so I wanted to support a local company. The switch arrives a week late (which is not their fault) but when I needed to return it I noticed there was a 20 % restocking fee. So I lost $44 that I would not have lost if I had used Amazon.

I purchased a Teppanyaki Grill from BBQ's Galore and over time the ignitor lights that come on when the grill is lit stopped working properly. I made contact with Pete and Caitlyn at the Henderson NV location and they were very nice and assured me they would get the problem resolved. Pete was nice enough to make sure the grill was registered and they made contact with the company about getting it fixed. After a few back and forth communications Caitlyn called me and told me they were replacing my grill with a brand new one. I picked up the new grill with absolutely no hassles. Caitlyn and Pete were the best and are everything that is missing in the retail experience these days. They were professional and followed up with me each step of the way. I hope that BBQ's Galore realizes what an asset these two employees are to their business. I would highly recommend the store and especially Caitlyn and Pete. Service is sorely lacking in a world where we all want everything as cheap as we can get until something goes wrong, then we expect to get great service. Great service costs more money, but in the end spending a bit more assures quality and service after the sale. I will be a loyal BBQ's Galore customer going forward as service after the sale means everything to me. Thanks again Caitlyn and Pete for the best service i could hope for.

Really not impressed. Went in asked a few questions was told very different prices. $700 variance. Prices tages all have sharpie theough them. Just didnt feel trustworthy so i ordered online.

This is a follow up to my review a month ago or so regarding my $5K purchase, rotisserie issue and experience in general. My sales rep called back to offer me a rotisserie that would work with my barbecue. He apologized for the misunderstandings and said it would cost just $109 and he would deliver it to my home. I was pleased and accepted the offer. He came to my door the following week with the rotisserie kit. When I opened the door, he already had the main box opened and the internal boxes open that contained the other pieces of the kit. I immediately asked him if this was a used kit and/or a returned kit. He said it was not used or returned and only had the boxes open to show me all the parts. I was not convinced as I also noticed there was no manual/installation instructions. He said he could email them to me. I accepted the parts snd he left. I immediately looked at all the parts and immediately noticed that the rotisserie rod itself was bent/warped. This not only supports my suspicions of it being used/returned but also explains the lower price of $109. I let them know immediately with a phone call but said I’ll try to install it anyway but am concerned that it may warp further with repeated us if it will even work at all. Turns out I was able to install it and I did use it with a full small chicken. But I am still concerned of the bending over the long term. In summary, I appreciate their attempt to remedy the issue but the deceit and dishonesty frustrates the hell out of me! Just tell me it was used which is why the price is low, and if it doesn’t work that I can return it. For now, though, I am happy to have a rotisserie.

I really like coming here because the gentleman that assisted me was so nice and informative. Even though I didn't buy the big green egg I wanted. I'll be sure to make the purchase here. Pete needs a promotion with the type of customer service he provides guest. They offer a wide range of grills, Komodo grills - big green egg and Komodo joe. I noticed that that they carried yummy cuts of meats and high end. They also have a wide variety of accessories for your grilling needs. They even sometimes have demonstrations of the grills.

I Love Barbecues Galore! I first became a customer at their old (since closed) Sahara store, when I bought a Turbo grill some twenty years ago. So when it was time to purchase my long coveted Kamado Joe there was no question where to go. Great advice, laying down the models, options and accessories with no pressure. They also have a plethora of all things for the BBQ enthusiast. A customer for life!

My wife and I recently bought our first house and decided to treat ourselves to a grill and smoker (I had always wanted a nice grill and smoker). We ended up with a Turbo grill and a GMG Jim Bowie. The salesguy Sean was extremely helpful and has been able to thoroughly answer any questions that I have about the products or even grilling/smoking in general. They also have lots of propane and propane accessories, I tell ye hwat.

Pete was our salesman, we liked him very much. We bought 3 grills from them, one for us and the other two were our daughter's wedding gift. Two grills and one smoker. Everyone there was very friendly, had good customer service, and very knowledgeable. I'll go back for pellets, seasoning and accessories. I'd recommend them.
