I would have given more stars but my checkout experience ruined it for me, I was buying 3 candles and wanted to exchange 1, I showed my receipt and was told per their store policy they don't take exchange online orders they can only refund me because that's the online store's money to give back and not the store's money ( even though it was an even exchange someone will buy the candle I exchange and then that becomes the store's money) fair warning to anyone who shops online don't bother coming here
Per BBW website "At Bath & Body Works, we offer our customers a 100% satisfaction guarantee, you may return products purchased from us that are in new, gently used or defective condition, for a refund, merchandise credit or exchange, As an alternative to a refund, customers are welcome to exchange product for a replacement that is of the same type and the same ticket price as the product being returned (for example, exchanging a three-wick candle for a different three-wick candle"

Store unfortunately DOESNT close at 8pm but 10 minutes early per employee Jacqueline. I came at 7:50 to pick up my order which was only 5 sanitizers but refused entry . Very disappointing do better& put the correct time up

Be careful with any gift cards you load onto your app. They are not safe. It will show as loaded but then it 'disappears', so if you don't keep the physical card, you're screwed. Total scam. Never have had trouble with loading a gift card on any other app. Called customer service and there's nothing they will do.

I come down to Las Vegas to visit my mother and sister. This is a mandatory stop every time! These guys are great, so helpful and accommodating. Love the variety of fragrances. Hand soap, lotions, and wall fragrances. It is Autumn and the fall scents are here!

We loved everything about this location! Great customer service!! Jacob greeted us at the door and was so wonderful throughout our shopping experience. He rang us up when we were done and even obliged in giving my daughters their OWN bags. It's all about the little things, and he definitely made them smile. We will be back.

This used to be the main BBW I go to for everything, but I decided never to go here again after my last experience.
While making a return, the employee at the cashier cussed, and the other employees behind the cashier's desk loudly complained about how annoying it is for people who shop at the neighboring mall location always make returns at their store. I remained as quiet and cordial as possible as the employee finished my return and gave me the receipts. I felt personally degraded and that their behaviors were unprofessional.
By the way, my returns weren't from the mall, but they loudly complained about it nonetheless. So unwelcoming.
I gave two because the products are nice and the location is convenient. It is just that 4 of the staff is unfriendly.
This was about 3 months ago, but after completing a company review sent to my email, I thought, why not?

Tiffany is the ONLY representative here with sense. Each time I come, there’s a problem. First, it was the reps refusing to wrap the candles. As luck would have it, the candle cracked, and wax was leaking out so that was a waste. Then, I have the app and there was a special for app holders but your poor reception made it impossible to pull up the app. And the rude rep refused to honor it. I would understand if I was asking for Rewards linked to my personal account but this is an offer for all app users and she could clearly see I had the app. When I worked at bath and body works, I knew the offers available. Training! These reps need training.

Great little store. Was greeted at the door buy a friendly employee. She also was helpful directing me to the part of the store to find the items I was interested in so I didn't have to wander around looking. Also advised me of the great sale they were having. Buy 3 get 3 free, what a deal, and I had a $10 off coupon too. Cha Ching
