The Marks Street location is the absolute worst Bath & Body Works I have ever been to! No one greeted me when I entered the store, and I was ignored the entire time I was shopping for items. Not one single worker asked if I needed help finding anything, or if I knew about the sales going on in the store, although they greeted and helped the other customers who came in after me. I have never experienced that before! All the Bath & Body Works I have been to ( in multiple states) has always been super friendly and helpful--not this one! I will never shop at this location ever again, and I advise other shoppers to avoid this location if you can.

So much to choose from and an excellent place to get gifts that please. The stores are always nicely kept and organized. I can always find a scent I like. I use the air freshener pods, the hand soap, lotion, but not candles. They are bad for people with lung issues.

My recent visit to the Henderson NV store couldn't have been more abysmal! In an era where customer service has become little more than a distant memory, this store managed to take their level of poor customer service to an even more unimaginable level. Walking into a distant and cold greeting made being there, immediately, seem like a horrible idea. This, coupled with their seemingly unachievable ability to facilitate a simple return that became even more difficult with their belligerent and disrespectful employee's involvement pretty much assured that we won't be returning to that store, for certain, and, quite possibly, any other Bath and Body Works again. I'd like to believe that corporate would do something to mitigate other such instances for occurring but I wonder!

The staff and store managers, Tiffany and Jacob are amazing! Great customer service and when I asked questions they didn't make it seem like I was bothering them. I highly recommend this location. I haven't had such good customer service from a store in a long time.

If I could give the manager a minus rating, I would. He was rude, and totally incompetent. I have reported his behavior to corporate and will never enter this store again. The cashier could not answer questions, no indication that she was interested in her job or her customers. But the manager was obviously on a little power trip.
