Away from New York on vacation in May 2025. Cracked screen and back glass on Note 10. Tom couldn't have been nicer. Some complications with my insurance, but Tom was most accommodating and worked it out. Great work, and even better customer service.
Highly recommend this place.

After consulting with the rep at the store and buying a high end batter for my classic 72 Blazer. I explained that I only drive it maybe once a month, and buying the recommended battery maintainer, the batter failed in 7 months. Guess what… they won’t warranty it. Not cool.

Ordered my Batteries on line. Batteries were ready like right now ! great service. Batteries were loaded on my truck with care and when I brought in the cores, they did all the work. Great service. Will return when I need another battery

Ordered an auxiliary battery for my jeep. I had a 9am appointment for today to install. On my way there when I received a call asking if I can come in at 11am. I said sure. When I arrived at 11am I was informed that the tech was in the emergency room and that he could install the battery on Sunday, six days from now. I left and decided to go to Firestone today as on my way home as the jeep was acting up. I called for a refund and was informed that I have to come in person. I already wasted 80 minutes of my time and at least $20 in gas. I informed the manager that I was not going to do it again and she said there was nothing that she can do. I did nothing wrong but waste my time with Battery Plus and expect a refund immediately!

Ordered (6) 6 volt batteries for one of our machines online. I received a call the next day to let me know they were ready for pickup. When I went to get them one of the guys working loaded up the new ones and unloaded the used ones. The customer service was fantastic! THANK YOU!
