The excellent customer service displayed by LaWanda and Pat are carried by Ruthie and Hugo. I have not experienced the attitude of these individuals any where else.

I have never gone out of my way to leave a review before, but Ruthie deserves it and more. She was absolutely amazing truly immaculate, 10/10! I was nervous and scared about my move to Texas, but Ruthie went above and beyond to make me feel confident and supported.
From the moment I walked in Best Storage to reserve my Penske truck, she made sure I had the best experience possible. She even gave me a hug that felt like we’d known each other for years it was so genuine it brought me to tears. I’ve never met Ruthie before in my life until this day, but her spirit was exactly what I needed for my healing in that moment.
Thank you so much Ruthie. I pray you receive every good thing you deserve in life. You are such a beautiful soul, and I am so grateful I crossed paths with you..

Would give this place 0 stars if I could. They have auto charged my account over eight times for my unit when I never selected auto charged. When it happened again last month I called and they specifically removed my card so that it wouldn’t happen again. Guess what, they just charged my account again!!!! I will be immediately moving my things out and finding a new company. I understand that mistakes can happen but this Is ridiculous
