I loved this hotel chain

I can’t give this hotel even one star because location is ok and construction on the road is not their fault, hotel is reasonably clean, but second night in the row I have AC alarm triggered in my room approximately at 2am and 6am. Everytime it takes about an hour to get the person in my room, turn it off and wait 15-20 minutes to turn it back on. The service person claiming that we can’t set AC lower than 70, but we have 71. We asked to change the room, but they said that they are booked. I asked for refund and cancel my stay, they are saying that it’s against their policy. Think twice before booking this place, you may end up in the total nightmare where you will not sleep at nights.

Clean facilities. Uncomfortable beds. Tiny pillows. Cheap everything. NO parking. If you arrive after 9pm on weekend, zero parking. Have to park in shady area.

If you want to save up to half, and don't mind a 20 min drive to the strip, it's a steal. The hotel looks fairly new, and is super quiet. The rooms were reached from the inside, and very clean. The staff are really friendly and accommodating. Breakfast was fresh, and there were lots of variety. The only thing to note is that the hotel is in the older area of Henderson. You might wonder if it's safe. I had zero issues, and would stay here again. There isn't strip luxury, but it was worth the sacrifice.
Rooms: Comfy, quiet and clean.
Nearby activities: Most strip related activities are about 20 minutes away.
Safety: Very.
Walkability: Not close to much.
Food and drinks: Hot, and free breakfast.
Noteworthy details: Highly recommend if you want to stay on a budget.

Stay away. They billed vs reimbursed me for room deposit. Both corporate and location making excuses to resolve it. Attempting to say I made the deposit via debit where my Canada debit card doesn't work down there. Incompetent staff. No loyalty to you as a customer.

Love it! Place is spotlessly clean, the beds are comfortable. The staff is nice. The pool and workout center are a nice bonus .The free breakfast here is great.

Nice looking hotel from the outside, but placed in an undesirable high business area on a busy highway. The hotel is huge. Room was adequate except it was missing a chair to sit on other than the office chair. There was a light in the corner of the room and no chair in front of it so just a big open space. They did find another chair for us, but it was Not a comfortable chair. Shower was good with plenty of pressure. TV was working. Everything appeared clean. Beds were comfortable and the breakfast was spectacular with a massive seating area. Kudos for the espresso, latte, cappuccino machine!

A pet friendly hotel where you actually feel comfortable taking your dog outside. And a popular hotel, it's quite often sold out, which as a guest is nice because it means there aren't people coming in at all hours.

Found bugs crawling around on the so called fresh towels. We lost internet and the use of the elevators. Internet caused me to lose work hours. Pillows are cheapest I’ve slept on and woke up everyday with a soar neck and back. Never staying here again.
