“What a FANTASTIC experience!!! ??? I’m close to folks that have been coming to this shop for years and came based on their positive raves and reviews. I was not disappointed. Joseph assisted me and was so patient with my cluelessness as this is my first “real” bike. ?? I asked LOTS of questions and needed help making decisions on the saddle, accessories, handle bar tape color, etc. Everyone else there was so sweet and would chime in with their opinions too.
I ended up with a Cannondale Topstone Carbon 3 GRX 1x (gravel bike) that I’m in love with. They didn’t have the color I wanted so I was able to order straight through the Cannondale website and have it sent to Swanny’s to be assembled.
The experience was so easy and flowy. This is definitely my new favorite shop! ?? Thank you Joseph!! ???”
