“I wish they were my local bike shop! I purchased a new mountain bike online from them. Excellent customer service. The owner Joseph took the time to email me to find out my weight to tune the suspension. It arrived in perfect condition, earlier than expected. Little details were attended to, like masking tape on the handle bars with alignment marks to make sure I could set it up properly. It took it out for my first ride, a big climb and then descent of Old Colma Road in Pacifica. Awesome ride but on the way down the rear derailleur died. Joseph took care of me with a replacement to get me back on the trails in time for a mountain biking clinic I had signed up for. I would not hesitate to buy another bike from them.
