It is beyond upsetting to see a company as “big” as Big 5 have such a disappointing policy. “Come spend all your money with us, but your 4 year old child can walk across the lot to the IHOP to use the restroom.” That’s your manager, Hailey, claiming it to be “corporate policy”. That’s one sick and sorry policy. You know CHILDREN come in and out of your store, with their hard working parents just trying to make ends meet, and not allowing, not the adults, but the kids to use the restroom. You’re sick

Honestly. I was surprised this place was still in business. But they had what I came in for. Weight lifting gloves for $15. It's gotta be so tough to have a brick and mortar store anymore. So props to them for keeping a float.
Store was well stocked. Clean. Employees greeted you when I entered. No line at checkout. So overall a good experience

If I couldn't have gave him any stars.I wouldn't have.I wouldn't be there the other day.I was looking for some sandals and I was going to buy some 360 Nike shoes.My son always gives me those because I have a lot of veteran problems far as my spinal stanosis No one greeted me.They looked at me Kind of didn't ask to help me They told turned around and watch me I thought it was kind of rude

My son loves this place and it is such a ritual for us and he has decided that the people that work here are his friends and he always feels welcomed and greeted and helped and in his words even though it’s not a very large place, it has everything that he is always looking for and he really really loves the staff and every single person comes right up to you and asks you for help and they always have the best prices and the best discounts

Poor customer service. This brand is on life support as a sporting goods store. There is not a lot of selection, and the terrible customer service has made this our last visit. Steer clear.

If I could give 10 stars I would once it was the day of my first football practice of the season.And we forgot to get cleats,and a mouth piece, and in my opinion I got the coolest cleats ever same with the mouth piece.
