First and foremost I want to thank Carlos! That guy has amazing customer service and actually sits there out of his day to give the customer any chance to get the furniture they want. The value carlos holds to the company is beyond more then required. Carlos has very good patience and will make what you want happen for you! Thank you Carlos!

I want to give a huge thank you to jackie for helping us out, she is very outgoing, very knowledgeable about the products they carry. She has gone above and beyond for us throughout the process, she was able to get out products a little bit sooner than expected and even delivered early. We love our new couches and dining table. oh i almost forgot to mention they have 60 months no interest so we definitely love that. Definitely recommend coming to bigs....

First off if I could ZERO stars I would!! So unfortunately I made the terrible mistake of walking into this store with hopes of refurnishing my home. I made the mistake of not reading the reviews BEFORE making a purchase at this establishment . (LESSON LEARNED) So on Feb 25th I walked in the store and was greeted by the sales person Maria. I told her what I was looking for and she immediately showed me a black sectional they had on the sales floor. She was very pushy as all of them seem to be . First red flag was her inability to answer simple questions about the merchandise she was so desperate to sell. Any who she told me that the couch was a special order so it would take 6-8 weeks to arrive. I asked her about the pillows on the couch and if they could be changed she told me yes but it would cost extra to do it, I told her to leave them AS SHOWN on the sales floor because I wasn't paying $100+ to change a pillow . When placing my order she told me that someone else had ordered the couch as well and she may be able to get it sooner , which I thought was odd considering she had just told me 6-8 weeks. Nonetheless I paid half and awaited for the arrival of the couch. 4 days later I got a call saying the couch was ready I was kind of thrown off . But I said ok. I came in and paid my balance and told them I'd have someone pick the couch up as I was going to be going out of town. The couch was picked up and they were all triple wrapped in plastic wrap making it impossible to really see the contents . Upon my arrival home I started to rip the plastic BY HAND to see if everything was correct and sure enough they were not ! Not only did the couch come with completely different pillows ( the ones they claimed were special order and an up charge) the corner piece had a tear along the seams UNDER THE SO CALLED PROTECTION. Meaning it was ripped before it was packaged ! So i immediately took photos and reached out to Maria VIA TEXT. She assured me that I may have received the order of the other individual and that I could come in & reselect something different due to the poorly constructed couch and the wrong pillows . And she'd have the delivery guys pick up the previous order. I agreed. I came into the store and looked around for another option. Maria told me I had to wait for the manager Kimberly to complete the reselect. I came back the next day . Upon choosing a piece although the selection was trash . I told her I was ready . The manager then walks up with a complete attitude as if I wasn't standing there and says " IM NOT DOING ANY RESELECTS! , you need to tell her to get the couch here now!" Now if you read the above statements MARIA clearly told me that she was arranging a pickup for the couch. The fact that Kimberly thought it was a good idea to speak as if I wasn't standing there is CRAZY! So I then made it clear I was standing there . Long story short Kimberly told me she wasn't doing a reselect, she told me I could not get my money back even with the couch in her possession! She refused to give me any numbers or names of ppl above her , she claimed the business was family owned so it wouldn't make a difference . I in turn filed a complaint with BBB. The company responded with lies of course. And they have continued to give unfair treatment because of it . All in all I have contacted legal counsel for this matter. Unfortunately for them they have no idea who I am affiliated with or how much damage treating ppl like trash can really do! PLEASE Don't WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS PLACE ! They are scammers and they do whatever to make a sell only to con you out of your hard earned money! . They need to be closed down!!

Me and my husband had a wonderful buying experience at Bigs Furniture... Allison was super helpful and extremely nice to work with... she was not pushy at all ... we will definitely come back! Michelle M

I highly recommend not buying from Bigs if you need furniture quick. We ordered a couch and chair from them, they said 2-3 weeks. 6 weeks later we got our couch but no chair. the so called manager was less than helpful, after telling her we had no couch to sit on because we disposed the old ones thinking we would have new furniture, she said that wasn't her fault, nice customer service. She got paid cash and we still had to sit on a floor. We finally got our chair yesterday, 2 months later. Not impressed by their service. the only nice thing I can say goes to the delivery drivers. Very friendly, and set up our furniture in less than 10 minutes. that being said, think twice before shopping at Bigs.

They are so fast to close the sale but take over 2 months to deliver your furniture. The two do not communicate or have a system in play one says two to three weeks and the other department tells you read the disclosure that you don't get till after you make the purchase. Called to complain and was told it states on your receipt I told them we didn't get the disclosures till our money was already taken and it states no refunds we have been without couches since date of purchase and still pending. Now being "probably" not till Dec 1st. They are the worst. They need to be reported to BBB. Worst experience ever with purchasing. I thought Ashley's was bad 2wks but a whole month and more. It's like they are waiting for merchandise to fall off a truck.

I went to Big's Furniture yesterday (11-20-23), and while I was browsing around, Allison greeted me with a smile and asked if she could assist me with anything. I informed her I was looking for a couple of bar stools, and she went above and beyond to assist me. Unfortunately, I needed the items right away, and i didn't purchase anything. But I appreciate all of Allison's assistance. I went to another Big's Furniture location and purchased the items today. I wanted Allison to get credit for taking time with me. HOPEFULLY, this review will highlight her work ethic. Thank you again Allison! Rob

Please don't buy here. Customer service is horrible, Kimberly the store manager has no sales or people skills. If you go with a concern she doesn't care and answers in a negative way instead of finding a way or polite serve customers. Very poor customer service. I read other reviews and a lot of them have the same issue. Go to Bob's Furniture they are much better.

I purchased furniture that totaled $2,300 and I signed for the merchandise to be delivered to my address. Unfortunately, they delivered part of the items and agreeing to make another delivery within 2 weeks of the other items and they only brought one item and two other items was missing out of the delivery and when I called management at big furniture she disputed with me, she was very unprofessional, and accuse me of receiving the items because it was listed on the actual contract and later discovered that the drivers never delivered it because the items were never ordered so she calls me back and told me that I have to wait another 5 weeks just to receive bar stools. I don't appreciate the service and I will never shop there again thank you

Came in on Monday & Received my Furniture on Wednesday thanks to Jackie. I walked in there not expecting to find exactly what I was looking for but I told her what I was looking for and my price range & she made sure to take care of me . This is my 4th time shopping here the best prices and quality in LAS VEGAS .

We love our couch! My fiancé and I had the perfect experience picking out our new couch thanks to Carlos. We walked in and Carlos was fast to greet us with a friendly smile, he helped us navigate our decision and was extremely professional. Carlos was great at helping us out and got the financing plan we wanted and the furniture delivered in a timely manor (7-10 business days) the deliver was very smooth and excellent with 2 guys who assembled everything and cleaned up in about 2 hours. We got a Cali king platform bed and a Cali king mattress. Best sleep

Carlos made this an amazing experience. Able to furnish 3 bedrooms with ease. Picked a bed that was too large ( my mistake) but Carlose made the exchange easy. Will be back for more.

The really low star rating doesn't surprise me. It does surprise me that in 2023 the owner doesn't even respond to the comments here. That says a lot of the the company from the top down by just failing to do that. It means they really don't care.So since management doesn't seem to care about what people think, I'll share my experience for people thinking of visiting this store/company.I came in on Monday afternoon and the store was empty. I didn't even see one other customer. Finally after about 10-15 minutes a guy approached and asked if he could help. No name tag. I told him what I was looking for. He pointed out that some dining tables could be special ordered. Then he pointed toward the back area and said I could look there. HE DIDN'T EVEN WALK BACK THERE WITH ME. It was laughable. Instead he went back to a desk and sat down.When I walked by he said "have a good day." I wasn't even leaving yet. When I actually did leave I told a girl what had happened. She said he was in on his day off and since it was slow he had left.Seriously, the guy left when his customer was still in the store?The experience just in the store to buy was bad and unprofessional. After that, it's not hard to believe all of the negative posts here about their issues with customer service.One and done with Big's for me!BTW, I made my purchase 2 hours later at another furniture store.
