We have been here a few times now for their expertise and selection.Shopping here is a personalized experience, whether you spend a little money or a lot of money and we've learned a lot about cues and tables.We have purchased a few average cues here and were pleasantly surprised that they also carry highly specialized carbon fiber cues at fair prices.Definitely the go-to place for anything related to Billiards!!

Needed a dart board. Gentlemen who took my call prior was helpful, was just as good in person. Honored an old sale price and explained everything very well. Extremely helpful and friendly staff, great selection of game room style games, furniture ect!!!. Check em out if your in the area.

Great selection or tables, sticks and darts! I came in to look at darts and was treated extremely well they even opened pretty much all the darts and assembled them and allowed me to shoot them on their dart board! I probably spent 1hr playing darts with all different kinds of darts and was never pushed or rushed or got any sense they were in a hurry. They were extremely helpful and patient!! I was happy with my purchase and highly recommend them for pool table, pool cue and dart needs!! Thanks to the whole team for being helpful and patient!!!

I haven't played pool in ages, but I picked it up again & decided to invest in my own cue this time around. I shopped them online, but I am the kind of person that likes to try before I buy or at least see what I am getting.There are a couple of shops in town for billiard supplies, but I ultimately ended up at Billiard Factory & I am really glad I did.They had a great selection of cues & tables at all different price points. And, they let you play a bit to test them out.Robert R. was really helpful not only with the cues, but with all my table questions as well. He helped me pick out a case for my new cue in order to get a combo discount. I am a few months away from diving into a table purchase, but I like that they customize the felt, deliver and set up, and include all the accessories.Great customer service and great selection.

Went there today to check in out while I was in Henderson, they didn't have a lot of pool tables but that's okay, I was looking at the pool cues. They had a lot of selections of cues to choose from but you can always purchase from there catalog. The staff was nice and courteous, she asked me right away if I needed help. What I like was their layaway program, 10-20% down and pay whenever you can. Good stuff right there for anyone on a budget and want a new cue. They also sell chalks, balls, racks, cases and other accessories for your pool table and pool cue. If you're around Henderson, stop by and check them out!

Spend your money elsewhere! Still waiting on my pool table, they said that due to COVID they are running at least 6 weeks behind. No big deal we are now past 6 weeks and the only time they communicate with me is when I call them and every time they say "It will be on the truck next week". Today they said at least another 2-3 weeks. This is the worst customer service I have seen on a long time. Zero communication and have missed every time line THEY made. There are too many other places in town to waist your money here. After talking with Ryan it took a little over a week to have my pool table set up and done. You can tell Ryan really takes pride in his company and works hard to make bad situations right. I am very happy with the out come but also sad that the owner has to get involved in the first place. Long story short I am overly happy with the outcome and want the thank Ryan for going above and beyond!

My wife always wanted a pool table but never had the space for it. Moving in to our new home we realized space was available for a game room. Visiting the Billiard Factory in Henderson we met with Robert who was very helpful. The Olhausen table was the one we liked and purchased. The table was delivered and setup with some backup folks. After using the pool table, a friend mentioned the drawer was not closing flush to the table. My wife noticed one of the pockets the felt was starting to wrinkle. One of the pockets when the balls would fill it up sometimes a ball would drop out. Called Robert and he sent Bradley out to take care of everything under warranty. He went over every part of the pool table and took care of the issues we had. The drawer needed parts and he said the slate was slightly out of alignment. While waiting for parts in the meantime, we installed a billiard table light Robert had ordered for us. Bradley and Ronnie returned later and took care of the drawer, stretched out the felt, leveled the slate and aligned the table under the billiard light and answered all our questions. We are not experts with pool tables but feel very comfortable that the pool table was done right by Bradley and Ronnie. They said you would notice the difference playing and they are correct about that. We are extremely pleased overall and really enjoy our first pool table. We stop by the Billiard Factory store all the time checking out stuff. Thanks to the Billiard Factory team.Dan

Purchased a pool table November 2020 and have received excellent customer service from start to finish. We live in another state and would drive the additional miles for their service, quality, and respectful communication.
