They identified the problem and fixed it, also proactively addressed other service issues and provided a loaner. As repairs were underway, Victor, my service advisor, kept me informed of status.

Service Provider Al was great. Communicated well and kept us up to date on the status of our '24 X5 50e. Work was accomplished in a reasonable amount of time given we we're waiting for a loaner car. Happy with service, but not satisfied with BMW's quality of product in regards to the brakes on our car. Dropped it off for brake squealing on front drivers side. Service found nothing wrong with brakes (good). Although, there just appears to be a "it is what it is" attitude at BMW for allowing the brakes to squeal as normal operation. For a product that costs as much as the vehicle does, and having "performance" parts on them, seems embarrassing to hear our brakes squeak when coming to a stop. I've never had any other vehicle do this. And I've owned BMW's for over 20 years. Not happy with the quality of brake pads they have applied to the vehicle and expected much more from BMW.

I recently had my car serviced at BMW of Henderson and I must say, the experience was top-notch from start to finish.
The team at BMW of Henderson is incredibly friendly and attentive. From the moment you walk in, you feel welcomed, which sets a great tone for your service visit. However, the real standout was my Service Advisor, Victor. Victor provided excellent communication throughout the entire process. He was transparent about what was needed for my vehicle, explaining everything with patience and clarity. This level of communication made me feel confident and informed about the services being performed.
One unique aspect of their service that I particularly appreciated was the video tour of my vehicle by the technicians sent by a text link, which adds a layer of trust and understanding about what's happening with your car.
There was absolutely no pressure to have work done. All pricing was presented upfront, and it was fair, without any hidden fees or surprise charges. This transparency was refreshing and made the decision-making process straightforward.
Additionally, BMW of Henderson goes the extra mile with customer convenience. They always offer a ride home if you need one after dropping off your vehicle. This service is greatly appreciated.
Overall, my experience at BMW of Henderson was exemplary. If you're looking for a service center where professionalism meets genuine care for your vehicle, look no further. Highly recommended!

Good service and done in a timely manner. If you’re going to service your bimmer at the dealer I would recommend BMW of Henderson. My service tech Victor was great and the prices were competitive to after market places.

Not a great experience. Advisor wasn’t great with communication or notifications that my vehicle was ready after four hours. I recommend just making the drive to the Las Vegas location.

Made an eight a.m. appointment for their BMW Value Service Oil Change on my X3 at BMW of Henderson, which was purchased and always serviced by them. Arrived shortly before 8 and the greeter took my name down, appointment time and key FOB saying a Service Advisor would be with me shortly. At 8:15 my Service Advisor Kyle Maxwell came and brought me to his desk. He proceeded to write up the service request noting that I had declined a brake fluid exchange. My brake system had been flushed and filled by them just two years ago, and currently tested out as having 0% water in the fluid. Kyle informed me that in addition to the oil and filter program charge there would be a $40 charge to reset the service notification on my dashboard. I said in the past when I have had a oil change the notification reset was included in the price. He said that this charge is BMW’s policy.
After sitting around for more than two hours I went to Kyle to ask where my car was. He indicated it was being worked on and would shortly go to be washed. He told me they were busy. I said I thought the point of having an appointment was to have the car serviced at the appointment time. He replied that the appointment was meant to get me in the queue.
I went to the front desk and asked to speak with the Service Manager and was told by that individual that he did not know his name because the manager was new. This might explain why my service appointment time was not honored. In my previous experiences with BMW of Henderson the service has been quite good.
UPDATE September 2024:
Changed my rating back to 5 stars. Took my i4 in for a software update (not available over the air), and even though this was a new BMW update and they had not done one yet on the i4, they did it without any issues.
I also met the relatively new (to BMW Henderson) Service Manager, Alan, who was very professional, personable and definitely came across as having the service center running as it should.

I am a very satisfied customer of BMW of Henderson. Christian Mandapat (BMW Service Manager) and Julia (BMW Service Advisor) were very helpful and explained all the services needed on my X2. They even gave me a loaner to use while my X2 is in their shop. They made follow ups and provided updates while my car is being repaired. My customer experience with Ian Mandapat and Julia was extraordinary. As always, they displayed excellent customer service, very professional, and friendly. I recommend to bring your car for service at BMW of Henderson!!!
