Bought multiple cars here....brought multiple cars here for service....everyone has been good to me..as picky as I am....Last car I bought, we were not coming to a number I liked, so the finance guy threw in 5 free oil changes....so we made a deal.Little did I know, when I came to use my first free oil change, they made me pay $50, or else they will not reset my oil change light for me.....If they told me that I would have to pay $50 for my free oil change from the beginning, maybe I wouldn't be as upset....I have 4 free oil changes left....and I'm not sure if I should even bring it here, or go somewhere else. Do yourselves a favor and don't tell customers you are giving them a free oil change, if you are going to charge them to reset the light. At least tell them that first.

Had my 2019 BMW 750i serviced at BMW Henderson. New spark plugs, oil change, cabin and air filter. This service department has done a complete turnaround! Service manager, Ian Mandapat got me a loaner.Fantastic service manager! Has the service department running beautifully! My service advisor, Albert Fantone was incredible. Kept me up to date on how things were going and even sent me a video of my car while it was being serviced with the mechanic talking about the condition of the car brakes, tires, etc. Never had this happen ever!BMW Henderson now has a 5 star service department. Bought a “certified” 2021 BMW X5 from the dealership. It arrived with electronic and other issues. Had to make appointment with my local dealership which requires me taking time off from work. Managers lack the care to make things right. Very disappointed with my large purchase.However, Kyle, my salesman, was great and had awesome communication. He was also knowledgeable, prompt, and made buying a vehicle easy. He was just was not in a position at the dealership to rectify the problems with my experience hence the rating.

We took our 2023 BMW in for its first service yesterday and we could not be more pleased. Our service tech, Albert, arranged a ride to and from the mall during our service. In addition to his kindness, he put a rush on our service and it was done in half the normal time! We highly recommend Albert and the service team at BMW Henderson!!Many thanks!

Recently, I visited the BMW Service Center to get my brakes and tires changed. Right from the start, I was met with professionalism and attentiveness, particularly from the service advisor who handled my car. Their knowledge and approach to customer service were commendable, and I felt confident entrusting my vehicle to them.However, while the service quality was top-notch, the pricing left a lot to be desired. I found the costs to be significantly higher than anticipated. While I understand that servicing a premium brand like BMW might come with a higher price tag, the charges seemed excessive.

I have been relying on BMW of Henderson for years now. My X5 has always been well cared for and maintained with timely reminders. My personal Service Rep Gregory is knowledgeable and helpful with all my vehicle issues. Treats my car like his own. I appreciate the level of service I received whenever I have a vehicle problem. I trust them to always fix it right the first time.

I reached out to BMW of Henderson to inquire about purchasing a particular model. Unfortunately, none were in stock so I decided to preorder the vehicle. I got connected to Devon Anderson and he was extremely helpful throughout the process. Devon was very nice and insisted on calling me “Doctor” during our interactions, which was very respectful of him. We got the vehicle on order, factory built, and delivered to me within a 2 month period. I had my own financing but ended up going with BMW financing because they had a better interest rate. Michael, the finance guy helped with the financing and we had a good time talking with him while my car was getting prepped for delivery. The entire process was seamless and I love my new car!

2 stars cause the salesman, and the finance team were awesome. Worked with me buying this car out of state.Loss of stars, when I was test driving the car, there was a "scratching" noise under load. Salesman brushed it off, said it was no biggie. Turns out it was a 1300$ clip that attached the ebrake cable, and under load it was hitting the drives haft. Sounded like a blown speaker...Now I'm in service, 10 months, 18k miles later, and the passenger front break pad is 8mm, and the driver side is 4mm. Was it even at the time of purchase, and somehow in the past few months of mostly highest driving one pad just got obliterated and the other one didn't? Prob a caliper issue, piston, something that's been wrong for a WHILE.Moral of the story, if there was an issue with the car when they sold it to me, what else is wrong with this car?! What did they know and brushed it under the rug to quick sale a 40k$ car? More importantly for you, the reader, what $$$ are you going to have to shell out soon after driving the car away from their lot? Ask yourself, is this car mechanically reliable? Great experience all around at your service department!! After poor service at the BMW on Sahara I decided to make the drive across town. Definitely worth the drive, Jennifer Mitchell was my service adviser. She went out of her way to make things easy for me without knowing I had a bad experience elsewhere, definitely a 10/10 experience.

Excellent BMW dealership with top notch service. Ian is my service advisor. He is a professional who knows his product inside out. He is completely honest with a friendly personality as well. Great shop with great technicians. The service on the car was spot on and my 4 series coupe is running fantastic!

My most recent experience with bmw of Henderson ( service ) was not the usual experience compared to before.My vehicle is 2018 539e , with a little over 60k miles that is due for an oil change ( service reminder in the vehicle dashboard) .1. Made a few phone calls to schedule an appointment that would direct me to voicemail 3 calls with no reply.2. Attempts to reach the service department adviser via email from the pass service schedule 2 emails with no response.3. A few days later I call in and someone at the reception desk told me that I can make an appointment online, perfect! But my service history profile for my 530e only allows me to select the “only available service option “ which is break fluid flush that I don’t need.Overall, the bmw of Henderson Carnegie has been going down hill. There was this one sales person, she was very pushy and you can tell by the way she talked to you and the question she would ask. That she is judging you.The inventory here are not very good compared to bmw of Las Vegas. Service manager/advisor are unresponsive via text or email. No wonder why they got a new store manager but so far everything seems the same to me. I have been buying and getting my car serviced here since 2017. I moved here from California and had my car delivered here and started getting my car serviced at the Henderson dealership because I was told that they gave great service. Usually when I get my car serviced, I am given a loaner, but was told that they don't give loaners because of the pandemic so they gave me a ride home and picked me up in an old van. fast forward to 2023, I was thinking about getting an X4 .. I took my X.3 in to be serviced, and everything worked out smoothly as long as you have an appointment. When I asked for a loaner, they said they were all out of loners. This was not offered as an option on the website when you make an appointment my fiancé told me to ask typically this is something is offered by a dealership when you're paying this kind of money for a car while I wait for my car to be serviced my fiancé recommended that we go to Lexus to find a car instead because they not only offer great service, but they offer a loaners as well so that you don't have to sit around and wait or have an an old van to pick you up. Once I made the deal at Lexus I came back to BMW because Lexus was not allowed to buy my lease. DeSean helped me with the process, but started out by saying that I owed them $300 to buy my lease. I immediately rejected that idea, and started to move on. He came back a few minutes later, and offered me money to buy out my lease I asked for more, but he wouldn't budge. The process took longer than necessary so I asked if I could leave my car there and pick it up on another day since I had a concert to get to. They said no even though prior to this I got my car serviced a few months prior and asked if I can leave it there over the weekend while I was out of town and they said yes, So I had to take my BMW over to Lexus and have Lexus hold it for the weekend while I went to my concert I came back that Monday and they cut me a check and took my car my . I still needed a ride back to Lexus to get my car, so Deshawn had to give me a ride since no one was available. Next my fiancé bought a car from AutoNation and BMW is part of AutoNation, we set an appointment. My fiancé came back to get the car serviced at 7:30 am only for them to tell me that they can't service it there because it's too much work and there is only one guy to do it and to take it to lexus. We took it to Lexus and he was off to work in a loaner in 20 minutes. Moral of the story is that they are not accommodating, the service level doesn't match the price of the car and you always end up at Lexus to be serviced the right way.

Came in today 9/11 to see an X5. I'm dressed in shorts and a tshirt, my husband in cargo shorts and a polo. We went into the show room where we looked at the X3 for at least 20 minutes and not one single person acknowledged our existence. No one asked us if we needed help, if we would like to see anything.. literally nothing. I walked out and went to Lexus where I was treated with decency and not profiled like I couldn't buy a BMW. I will now be buying a 70k Lexus instead. Your loss.

The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because of the time I waited for my advisor to see me upon arrival. Which was an hour and only because I got up to question why I hadn’t been called. Other than that I was very pleased with my service as well as my very friendly advisor. My car was serviced promptly and washed nicely. Thank you BMW. See ya next time!

Advisor: Mauricio Alquezada was amazing with keeping me in the know. He was responsive and communicated with me frequently, whether it was through text, email, or phone call. He was also very helpful in setting up a loaner car for me over the weekend and transferring some property from my X3 to the loaner.Loaner car: The loaner car was a nice surprise. X2 with red orange leather. I didn't expect to be able to get one over the weekend, but Mauricio was able to make it happen. The car was clean and well-maintained, and it was a great way to get around while my X3 was in the shop.Coffee machine (mini Starbucks): The coffee machine is a nice touch. It's always nice to have a cup of coffee while you're waiting for your car. A fresh cold water bottle is always appreciated here in Henderson.Overall, I had a great experience at BMW of Henderson NV. Mauricio was a great advisor, and the loaner car was a nice surprise. I would definitely recommend this dealership to others. Not my first time with this dealership and probably won’t be my last.
