Charlie was amazing!!! We got our entire living room set with our rug and bolt couches with him! He was awesome and personable and most importantly not pushy or “salesman-ish” plus he guided us in the right direction for our boys bunk beds along with mattresses and covers to protect them. We also fell in love with these two green swivel chairs that will complement the look we are going for in our master bedroom. Charlie was on point and my husband and i really appreciated his approach. He was also extremely patient and super kind to my mom who has dementia and was asking him questions. That to me was amazing, not too many people show kindness in what can seem an uncomfortable situation. So thank you for that Charlie!! Thank you to Patty as well! She checked us out and was very kind and patient. The system kept reloading and throwing her out of the system and she kept her cool. All in call it was a great experience. And thank you to the manager as well who confirmed our order and was thorough as well. I think his name Is Walter. Thank you BOB’s for this excellent experience and most importantly our Bolt couches that I know we will enjoy!!!

We met Alex as we entered the building and from that point on we had such a wonderful time selecting 3 rooms of furniture. The variety and prices that we found was beyond imagination. We also met his manager Debbie and she too treated us like family. We will send everyone that we know there to Bob's Furniture in Stephanie St. In Henderson. honest review. the customer service in store was amazing, griselda was amazing and i love how they have different payment plans. HOWEVER, the delivery was horrible. Like how do you send your drivers with no hardware? mind you, to get a new bed set i had to disassemble my old one. so for them to comeunprepared is really unprofessional. had to reschedule my delivery for next weekend. such a hassle..

Website checkout is absolutely trash. Tried three different days with 3 different cards. Never would accept card number or pin. Funny ebough, my bank would notify me of the transaction. I allowed to to go through bank but Bob's website would just fall on its face. Guess I will take my needs of two mattresses and a bed someplace that has a working website.

Do not buy from Bob’s. Zero stars is more appropriate. The store personnel are great but if you have an issue and need service or if you have an issue with delivery you’re screwed. Their customer service is in Guatamala. I’ve done business with Bob’s in both CT and Las Vegas for years and they were great before technology made it possible for this to happen. If you call the 702 number and think you’re calling the Henderson store you’re not. You get Guatamala. If you call the 860 customer service number and think you’re calling Manchester, CT you’re not. IT’s Guatamala. Even store personnel didn’t know. Had an issue all day in Aug with delivery even though specific arrangements were made at the store at time of purchase. Driver wasn’t given those instructions and wouldn’t deliver. Horrible day dealing with Guatamala. Just exchanged mattress previously purchased. Window given for delivery couldn’t suffice due to elderly apartment restrictions but remained unresolved due to customer service from afar. Mattress was delivered today. Not exactly the “WHITE GLOVE” service on Bob’s paperwork. Third party delivery. Not Bob’s employees. Store told us to have them lower power foundation legs for us as bed was too high. They grumbled, said it wasn’t their job. They did take the legs off but threw them on the floor leaving us to find them under the bed after they left. Asked them to turn the chest which faced the wrong way from the original delivery. They said they should get a good tip since it wasn’t their job. Lastly, the loveseat just purchased has a problem on one side which the store said to have them look at when they were here. Of course they wouldn’t, nor couldn’t, since they were just third party delivery guys, leaving me to have to call customer service in Guatamala to get someone here. I’ve even called Guatamala while at the store in Henderson because there is nothing they can do for you anymore from here other than to sell you the furniture. Save yourself all the trouble and all the hassle and buy furniture elsewhere. Obviously customer service is no longer important to Bob’s. The most horrible experience in purchasing furniture I’ve ever had and I’ve bought from them for 30 to 40 years.

My experience at bobs was pleasant, no one hounding us or selling us anything, when we were finally ready to talk and ask questions after browsing Alex was so nice helped up decide on which couches and colors and gave his opinion! He was amazing , very knowledgeable, very sweet , And had prices and taxes calculated for each option ! The customer service was amazing! And the warranty they offer ya can’t turn down ! Thank you Alex at the Henderson location for being amazing !

My son and I went to BOB's for the first time and we really liked the place! The way they have everything displayed is pretty cool showing optional colors is a plus. Prices are good as well! Cheaper then other places! Customer service was great, they offered complimentary beverages and snacks. Everybody was very welcoming and helpful!

Great shopping and buying experience and super friendly staff but horrible delivery service. They damaged my door frame bringing in my furniture and they refused to set up my son's bed because they claimed that the room had to be completely emptied before doing it. Now there was only two toy boxes in the room and I offered to remove it within five minutes and they refused saying that they had a strict schedule and refused to put it together and than left. Called customer service and they were not comforting and kept saying I will get a call within 72 hours, they made me feel like they didn't want to deal with me

Sales people are super friendly and helpful.However......Since we bought our bedroom set, mattress(their top of the line), dining room set all with Goof Proof. Mattress went bad in 2 years, we replaced it and it cost us over $300 w Goof Proof.Bedroom set got scratched up very easily and they would not fix or replace and only gave us a instore small credit.Our large dining room set top scratched easily and other marks which qualified under Goof Proof and they would not honor our goof proof and did nothing.Warning... you want good furniture don't go here. It's made with the cheapest soft wood and damages easily and we're both retired . Goof Proof extended warranty is a joke.

The haters giving this business a bad review are just angry and can never make a Karen happy. Bob's furniture gave me a three-hour window to deliver my love seat. Made my parents jealous and put a fking smile on my face. The White glove service is the only way to provide excellent service to paying customers. Will definitely buy from here again!

This was my first time shopping at Bob’s Furniture and I could not have been more impressed! The sales experience was helpful and low pressure. The delivery experience was awesome! Furniture quality and selection are excellent and offer great values for the money. I am a huge Bob’s Furniture fan now! Highly recommended!

Charlie is an awesome sales person! My mom is older and need a bed that would be good for her back. Charlie took his time explaining everything to her several times and gave her options that fit her budget. Give that man a raise!

What a great experience with Bob’s! We went to a place before Bob’s, and we had an awful experience so we decided to go to bobs and we definitely don’t regret it! The sales team was amazing especially Gricelda who helped us! 100% recommended! Delivery was fast, proficient, and professional! We love our new furniture!

I had a great experience was able to be helping, picked furniture that suited my taste and was helped by Jeremy who was super knowledgeable and helped me make an informed and calculated decision on my needs.
