I love love love this store. Sure, kids do too, but they make adult sizes in a lot of the items. My Neighbor Totoro jacket is gonna keep me warm and snuggly for the rest of this winter season (hint not from Nevada) fall and oh early spring too...wait most summer nights also. Maybe I should have bought two. I'm going to wear it out. 😉
There are gift ideas galore in this store. Plus, some of your money can go to help different things the company supports. Win Win Hope you have fun shopping. You can find them online also.

I had a disappointing experience when picking up an order. I asked the manager for a smaller size, and she never returned. When I followed up, she casually said, “Oh, I thought I came back,” and continued helping another customer without addressing my request.
The lack of attention and courtesy made me feel unwelcome and disregarded. This kind of treatment raises concerns about fairness and respect toward all customers. If you value good service and being treated equally, this might not be the place for you.

Online order handed to me y the manager is the wrong item. He insisted that it's the one I ordered. Going back to exchange it. Out of my way and such an inconvenience!! Not organized at all!!

Came in and grabbed a Loungefly backpack off the shelf when an employee told me to put it back and they would get me a new one out of the back. As they were “grabbing” one out of the back another customer took the bag off of the shelf. Staff came back out and said they didnt have any extra. Proceeded to have me move aside while they rang up the other person who grabbed the bag after me. Shrugged their shoulders and didn’t try to right the situation. Loved shopping at boxlunch but after that altercation i have no desire to go back.
