We rented a van for 2 days to head from Henderson to Zion National Park and Valley of Fire. The staff were very kind, helpful, and shared their excitement and knowledge of our trip from their perspective. Overall, awesome. Highly recommend you refill your own gas. We did, always do - the cost for refuelling to be done is 2X

At pick confusion and tried and give a different car than your reservation, Dropoff Dupree a Juju bug left me stranded without a car. There is no manager on staff on Friday and Saturday If you have a car for 30 days go to to Airport to have it extended. The ethical approach to business is to do whatever they want to the customer without repercussions. I will update this with more info as it becomes available.

Friendly staff. They worked directly with my dealership to coordinate the days I needed the rental based on my cars repairs. Would recommend them to anyone in henderson area needing a rental.

Service was friendly and knowledgeable. I had an issue with my vehicle and they swapped it out without problems. Will not hesitate to rent a vehicle from this location.

Jonel was awesome during check in for the rental and I was given a free upgrade as the rental car I did reserve wasn't checked back in yet. I really appreciated that. Olivia checked the rental back in when I returned and given awesome customer service. The office was busy both times and i was given great customer service. Thank you!

The staff at the Gibson location in Henderson, NV is GREAT. However corporate NEEDS to do better. I reserved a car two weeks in advance, and PAID for two weeks in advance, and even after I kept getting notifications from Budget (texts and emails) about not to forget to pick up the car, I get there at the time of my reservation and ... you guessed it, they didn't have the car. The staff was VERY helpful and scrambled to get me a similar car, but I had to wait TWO HOURS for the car to arrive to the location.NEVER AGAIN!

Our camper van broke down on us so we had to get a rental to get around while vacationing here in Vegas when I booked the car it says $29/day but when I picked up the car I paid $115 for 2 days. Then the car that was given to us has a damaged trunk lock. We had to put our valuables in the trunk and didn’t realized that the trunk wasn’t locking the 2nd day we had the rental. Our camper van wasn’t ready so we had to extend our rental, so We returned and exchanged the rental and told them the issue with the car. They are no means sympathetic about what we had to go through and gave us $20. $20 for inconvenience and charge us more to extended the car. We always rent from Enterprise and the first time renting through BUDGET! At Enterprise we would had the extended free and give is percentage off on our next rental. Good customer service is what makes a business successful. It makes me wonder why this people is still in business. Will not recommend or come back at this place.

Considering the previous experiences I have had with them. It looks like they have done a complete clean employment sweep. The associates are nice. They greet you coming & going. Excellent job, Budget . A little kindness goes a long way

I have been renting cars for business and pleasure for over 50 years and in all that time I have never had a car with it’s interior in such a dirty and “smelly” condition, it was disgusting. It smelt like a cross between a well used ash tray and cheap odor remover. Dirt and dust covered every surface, however, the outside had been washed, strange!The driver side windscreen wiper blade was almost separated from the holder the passenger side wiper was not much better.In giving the experience one star I am being generous.

UNSAFE VEHICLES...Nothing but EXCUSES!!!!!Picked up car and Drove into Desert from Henderson Nevada location to California. We got stuck with no oil in car and no A/C halfway to Anaheim. Called Budget and I was told to drive to the Anaheim airport to exchange the car. Upon returning the 2nd vehicle, they gave me a surcharge of $196 for gas, because I didn't fill up the "UNSAFE VEHICLE" before returning it to the airport location. It was impossible to get gas in a unsafe vehicle when I had 2 small children who were suffering from heat exhaustion. The temperature had soared to 118 degrees, in the desert and I was unwilling to put my family in further danger. I was told to call Customer Service.I have still not received a call back .... No one has any concern for Customer and Vehicle Safety!!!!Extremely Incompetent and Unprofessional Salespeople

Excellent service from Tania & Olivia. They take good care of us. Their supervisor Jay was very helpful and informative. We even noticed him helping out the staff as if he was a regular worker. The rental was brand new. Thank you for giving us a rental even though you were short on vehicles. We will certianly return the next time we need a rental. Thank you so much

Excellent service. Sienna in good condition and was good on gas.Very good service. Check in is very easy. Car was in good condition, very clean and no problems.Manager Jay was very friendly and helpful to all his customers and the staff as well. Their making sure everything is great and leave with a smile after they get their cars. Very recommendable place to go. Choose Budget in Henson and you won't regret on the service they provide. Thank you again Manager Jay!

I've rented there many times and the staff is always friendly and courteous. The vehicles were always clean and in good condition. I had the pleasure of meeting the manager Jay. Jay is a wonderful manager who went over and beyond to accommodate us. Rent from this location and you won't be disappointed.

They seem to accept reservations whether they will have cars there or not, and then try sending you to the airport for a car or giving you an option to pay a lot more for a minivan. Long story short, don't count on your reservation meaning anything. This happened to several customers and seemed to be a common occurrence.

Car was very dirty inside. Smelled really bad too. The gentleman who did the inspection with me was very nice and helpful. The seats were all filthy, front and back, smelled like pot, the cup holders were sticky. Not much he could do about it and he apologized. Front dest made me wait for awhile and she didn't have anyone at her counter. If the price and location weren't so good, I definitely would go elsewhere.
