I like to visit Burlington bcoz they are one of the unmanaged retailers and i enjoy it. I stopped for kitchen stuffs and it took a hour to find. They have stacks of mixed items on same aisle. I hope they start managing.

I purchased in the A.M $699.00 and by the evening I realized I was over charged. I called and spoke with the MOD and let her know I was on my way. By the time I got there I was told she was on lunch. I would expect the Manager to be waiting for me to rectify the error of her store. I purchased a dress that was priced $9.99 but it rung up at $309.12. She was a no show and the rude cashier said that it happens alot. I explained that it is unacceptable and I should be able to ship with confidence that I am being charged the price the ticket says. The manager needs to be fired and employees need to be re trained on customer service especially when the store is in the wrong! Shutting off my credit card and never going back not for the error because sure it may happen but for the experience I endured after that fact. The manager could have really saved the day but instead I wasn't even eirth her time.

One of the employees was complaining about a person unable to speak English well. She had a tattoo sleeve as far as I saw, very rude.

As a family we do a lot of shopping here. Fair prices and decent selections. Just wish the store was bigger. Some aisles are very crammed.

The Management of this store is Awful and have no respect for the customers, very rude and disrespectful. Never come to shop here again. If i could give 0 stars I would give it without doubt.

Visited new location in henderson i was not impressed the double racks make it look like a thrift store no line of site while in the store also prices are higher then previous location and not as much inventory selection
