It was late but I still got amazing service from Jredon and Jaylen. It was such a long day for my wife and I, and it was only a huge relief from their amazing service. They bring top customer service!! Absolutely recommend this location because of these fine gentlemen!!

Absolutely horrible customer service experience. We came in with a relative who used their first responder discount for their meal, as they thought they thankfully could, the very rude boy at the register literally said “ this is bull…. “ when my relative presented his first responder / firefighter ID for their meal. We were very insulted and felt very disrespected. WILL NEVER EAT HERE AGAIN!

Dont order online or you'll be forced to wait 45 minutes for your order. Go in the line instead and order there so you can get it to go in 10 minutes.

After standing in line a long time waiting to be served and enough time to see how dirty everything looked around the grill I left. This place has not been open longer than maybe 2 years at this point? The grill was polluted, grimy and greasy dirty along the stainless steel. It looked like it belonged in a 15 year old Chinese to go kind of place. I would imagine the Chinese to go place cleans their grill when they see it looking that gross. How can you not notice this. It's obviously not something that just happened that day by the looks of the caked on grease and smear marks. What else is this filthy if you can turn a blind eye to this obvious eye sore? I wish I took a picture of it...yuck.

Without a doubt the worst Cafe Rio location i’ve ever been to. The workers are incredibly rude and act as though you’re interrupting their socializing while ordering. One of the employees who helped me had a scraggly beard that was uncovered, and another female employee had a ponytail so long that whenever she turned her head, it touched the food. I asked for the side salad prepared a certain way, but the employee helping me was too busy talking and misheard, then dumped it out over the trash and proceeded to try and use the same container that touched the trash can for the new salad. Completely unsanitary. Thankfully he was corrected by a manager that actually cared about what was going on. It is ALWAYS dirty where the food is prepared, the food on the line never looks fresh, and the attitude of every single person you encounter is awful. Skip this one and just go down to the one on Eastern, it’s much cleaner, the food is prepared better, definitely worth the extra drive time.

Man, I should have looked at the reviews before I went inside. I've been wanting to try Cafe Rio for probably 15yrs+, the burrito eas good but it was tiny and not worth the price.I knew this was coming, went to the register and they just seemed clueless. I waited for my food much longer than I should have. Whatever.The POS machine told me the total and then automatically assumed I wanted to tip, LMFAO! What a joke!For what?!Tipping culture is OUT OF CONTROL! I knew once I declined to tip the cashiers tune would change.Didn't even say thanks for coming in, good night, Whatever. I had a STRONG feeling she would react that way. You can tell, young woman more interested in what's going on in her phone than being at work.Last time I frequent this location.

My server was talking to her mom. And decided to stop and help me. Very “who cares” attitude about not having red sauce, guac or sour cream. I ordered 2 burritos and she almost ran out of the remaining green sauce. She decided to then scrape the bottom and give me scraps rather than Getting more. Then the rice was dry. She left and went to go again sit with her mom and left me with cashier who then ignored me for about 1 min. While my food sat there uncovered. Should have seen the mess of a train wreck. Grr.

This is the fourth time I have ordered online from Cafe Rio and the Fourth time I have had a horrendous experience. I knew better than to order again, but I just wanted something quick. I ordered at 7:15 PM for a 7:30 PM pickup. I even delayed my pickup 10 minutes because, based on previous experience, they were never on time. I was right; my order was still being worked on. The restaurant was a mess, and so was the kitchen. I was asked for my name and then was given a soda cup and told my order was still being worked on. I waited, and there were three other people. The staff had no idea what they were doing, who was covering for whom, and what to do. There was no management at the front to provide direction. Food was left out, while the staff stood there and did nothing or blamed each other for not doing something. There was bickering from staff member to staff member. I was asked for my name three or four times, and still no food. It was now 7:50 PM, and Jacob, a customer who had been waiting, received his order and promptly returned because it was wrong.Morgan, another customer, was still waiting for her order, so I decided to talk to a manager. I spoke to one of them who came from the back, and she had nothing to say; she only asked for my name again to get my order. I told her that her staff and operational process were in total chaos and needed leadership and direction. She proceeded to stare at me. I finally got my order after directing the staff what to do. I left at 8:00 PM, and guess what? My order was wrong. I will never eat here again; it’s the blind leading the blind.

Took my little sister here. She doesn't eat cheese or meat. No questions asked just threw the salad away when the put cheese on it and just made her a new one.

The food preparation area where you order was very messy, nasty and disgusting. There was like 10 employees all teenagers just standing around talking doing nothing no sense of urgency. No one restocking or cleaning or anything. Food was wierd and dry, the aerators had no horchata or any of the drinks that they advertise at all. It was 7 o’clock and not busy. Everything was absolutely disgusting. The pictures I took didn’t get everything, I just didn’t want to be obvious. My fiancé, and I will not be back. Stay away from here. Owner clearly doesn’t care, last 5 reviews or more are all one star. Smh ?♂️

Waited almost an hr to get my food delivery. No fault of the dasher. It was one salad and they couldn't get it right. There was no Pico or guacamole on it. THIS LOCATION SUCKS! We have really tried to give them the benefit of the doubt and try again. Sad that it's so close to us but we will travel further now for a different location.
