I'd rather drive further away to the location on Horizon Ridge then waste more money for HALF the food. Usually they will put extras on for no charge but with the new kiosk, you will have to pay for everything that's considered "extra".

Having to order on the screen aka no cashiers makes it difficult for special orders. Many people had to ask for help.

Sadly, my rating has taken a hit since my initial visit. Despite giving it another chance a few times post my last review, the disappointment lingers. What's disheartening is finding my favorite salad consistently half-empty, leaving me less than satisfied. The uncertainty of what to expect, coupled with the prospect of spending money and leaving hungry, has cast a shadow on my enthusiasm to return. It's a bummer because I'm a huge fan of Café Rio, my go-to spot that I used to frequent often. However, the consistent satisfaction I find at other Cafe Rios in the area is nudging me towards sticking with them for a more fulfilling experience.

Staff was less then happy to be working. Ordered sweet pork on two items a salad and tacos. I asked why it was regular pork and was told it was the only pork on their menu and the sweet meat is beef. Needless to say we were less happy for our meal and most of it went in the trash

How is this worth $12.49? I did ask for no rice, but there was supposed to be beans and salsa that were not on the tacos. They make you pay extra for super small pieces of dry chicken. This location is a joke. It's actually known around here as "the bad cafe rio".

Employees are great. I spoke with an Asian boy who was friendly and a girl who was helpful with the kiosk. When I questioned about the portion size, the girl replied "that's how we make it". I could tell she probably hears that all day long. The restaurant was clean, but empty. It's more of a grab and go vibe. As for the food. This is the worse Cafe Rio I have ever visited, the portion sizes are unacceptable. You could go to any other location in Vegas and get double the amount for the same price. That proves my point that this location is not up to standards, the entire management team needs to be retrained or replaced. They are running this location into the ground. My suggestion to management: Visit multiple locations around the valley and compare portion size. People are smart, they'll figure out real quick this place is a ripoff, and will put you out of business. You have a great staff, be better leaders.

Awful. Bowl was supposed to be double meat (extra charge) hot sauce, pinto beans & rice, and sour cream. Barely any meat, 14 beans (i counted), no hot sauce, and a quarter scoop of rice. Second, burrito looks emaciated (was supposed to have double meat, extra charge). Third, side of guacamole is a whopping 1oz for $1.79. Fourth, my kids quesadilla was supposed to have chicken (also an extra charge) and it didn't. Fifth, queso was filled just above halfway. Sixth, I set it for curbside, where I checked in with THEIR APP, only to sit outside for 10 minutes, only to walk in and find my cold food sitting on a counter. When I tried to call the store, I sat on hold and nobody answered. Will never order from this store again.

Not a very good Cafe Rio Experience.Ordering is done at kiosks.Zero customer service. No extra napkins at tables.Cold food that takes a long time.Tortillas taste leftover. If this is the future of Cafe Rio, I’ll go somewhere else.

I keep giving this place another chance, but after today, I've had it! I'm never going back! Every time I go there it's something, food has no flavor, it does not taste like cafe rio at all, I usually get a burrito half pork and half steak, they tell me that they don't do halves so it's an extra charge, I then pay for extra charge and once I get home and start eating the sauce only tast like lime, the steak is pure salt and very little and there was no pork in it so I paid extra for nothing. Even though it is close to my house, I'm going to take the drive to Stephanie if I decide to eat some cafe rio!

I don't give this place even a year before they're out of business. The food was terrible. I can't even say how bad a cold rolled corn tortilla with a tablespoon of shredded cheese (unmelted) with another tablespoon of some kind of sauce over it tastes. And they called it an enchilada. lol! It wasn't even cooked. No restaurant in the Las Vegas area can get away with being this awful for very long. The competition here is way too high for an eatery to be this bad. Even for fast food. So long Cafe Rio.
