My wife's black older ford (2015) was backed into at work. Took it to caliber and even though it's an older car that isn't worth much they fixed the door and I don't think many people could pick out which of the doors was repaired. The guy or girl who fixed it must be pretty talented.

November 8, 2024, we were hit by a young man while stopped for an emergency vehicle. Thank goodness it was not major damage to our vehicle, but it was over our deductible. So we took our car to Caliber collision because we had done business with them in a different state (Florida) and had excellent service there. We decided to give them a try here in Nevada and we are very glad we did. The service was exactly the same as it was in Florida! They were quick, efficient and kept us informed of what was going on with our vehicle. The receptionist was so sweet and extremely helpful. Our service representation was Derek and he was not only very personable, but extremely knowledgeable as well. He made me feel my vehicle was in good hands and I had nothing to worry about! I know they're extremely busy, so we're very happy it didn't take long for our vehicle to be repaired (mostly because the damage was not extensive) either way, we would definitely trust Caliber collision if we ever needed this service again (we also would highly recommend them! The place did a good job, however I just read about the key fob thing some other review wrote- so you should know I am going through the key fob now and needed a new radio and other stuff computer related.and I thought that was just with my car due to the accident, I had assumed the accident had to do with it that, but maybe their tech needs to be made aware of this to see why this has happened, other wise pretty good.

Laura front manager she was so polite and happy very helpful. Everyone in the office are so nice and happy. Ben he was also great he kept me know all updates on what they are doing to my car. Second time I brought my car cause people love to hit my car 🤭. I told them I’ll see them in 2 months knock ✊🏾 on wood 🪵. I will recommend them to anyone that’s needs body work done on their car. I still think the business should pay for their cell phones. But thank you everyone for being so nice and kind. I’ll be back fingers crossed 🤞🏾. I will take pictures of the finish work. I have the old work.
