They said my dog "non aggressively nipped" when they were forcing him in a cage and kicked him out. They said it was his anxiety, not aggression. But still kicked him out. Pretty lame. I figured professionals in animal handling could manage to find a little grace when boarding an anxious dog day 1. Beyond that ridiculousness, they don't answer the phone. So, while my family is waiting to board a plane, we can't even talk to these people after they give us 4 hours to grab him because they don't answer the phone. You have to leave a VM and they call back. It's like the 90s over there. I think they're understaffed, thus the real reason they booted my dog.

We love Camp Bow Wow! Before the doggy interview they answered all of our questions and walked us through all the steps of the interview. We love the live video footage so we can check on our dog while we're away or at work, too. The dogs are given lots of space to run and play both indoors and outdoors and lots of love and attention. The facility is very clean and well maintained. Highly recommend!

We always enjoy bringing our dogs here. Service is fantastic and it’s so easy to schedule and drop off. I love the themed events, like the Grinch for the holidays this year (2023). My 4 aussies sure loved snuggling with Mr. Grinch!

Camp Bow Wow in Henderson is wonderful. Employees are great. It is a nice place to take you fur baby to play and get exercise while you work during the day. They come home Happy and ready to have a restful night sleep for all :-) Thank you. Debbie Knutson

Truly still in shock with how this place turned out to be. My first sign should have been how the workers greeted me and my dog, not friendly at all which is surprising because I had told them it was our first time going. My 1 year old dog is a mini goldendoodle so we always have her haircut still at a good length. I included a picture of what she always looks like and the kind of cut we get her at..The other picture is the kind of cut they gave her.. a poodle cut? So you can only imagine the shock we experienced. To top it off, our fur baby had two cut marks where she bled because they cut her so short. If you’re going to bring your pup here for the grooming department just beware and I guess tell them what you don’t want?

Both of my dogs fell ill after being campers for half of a day. Unfortunately, after thousands of dollars in vet bills my sweet Cookie was unable to fight anymore and I lost her yesterday. Sending out a CYA blanket email about having a clean facility and then acknowledging a breakout of illness while also soliciting for reservations for boarding and day care is a red flag for me. Now my family is broken and missing our beloved Cookie Monster. I’m devastated.

This is the second time I have picked my dog up from this place and she is now sick!! Coughing and hacking. The first time, I was unsure if it was related to this facility in particular, but now I am Sure!!! BEWARE!! My dog is young, fully vaccinated, very healthy and very active but if you don’t want a vet bill following your stay, stay here, then consider other options (My dog goes to other camp bow wows ALL the time and had never had a problem) it seems to just be THIS facility! After reading other reviews I see I’m not the only one!!!! So I am speaking up!!! Please keep your pet safe and healthy! Do NOT take your pet here, there is definitely something wrong, and a sickness floating around inside.

Camp Bow Wow is the BEST. The team does a great job making Nash feel at home and easing my nerves when I am away. Ben in particular always goes above and beyond for my little man. The facility is clean and the check in/out process is quick and easy. I know Nash will be safe as each dog is vetted before being allowed in. It’s a great place for Nash to socialize with not only dogs but humans as well. If I ever miss my pup while I am away I can easily pull up the cameras and see what he is doing in life time. Truly I cannot say enough great things about Camp Bow Wow Henderson- no better place to send Nash while I am away.

This store is disgusting. The amount of dogs that have been getting kennel cough here, as well as pneumonia, is heartbreaking. The owner does nothing to help these poor animals. I have spoken with some parent friends I have and we all agree this is not okay, and Camp Bow Wow Henderson should be out of business, or a new owner needs to come in. My daughter's dog now has pneumonia, because the workers, and Anita, did not mention any kennel cough cases to anyone. They continue to say they sent an email to "everyone" but I know my daughter, and more of my friends who have gone here, did not receive this email. Animal control needs to be sent to this facility as soon as possible and save any more dogs from being struck with this illness.

MY DOG HAD KENNEL COUGH FROM THIS FACILITY THAT TURNED INTO PNEUMONIA!!!! THIS OWNER IS A CRAZY!!! so the franchise owner is on here lying about contacts i got phone records of all my emergency contacts and can pull them from my phone provider! all three contacts said no call!!!! this owner is horrible aspca needs to step in!read read read read!so recently we had our beloved pets stay with this "camp" not only did they not call and say kennel cough was going around it took a total of 4 days and checking the pets out! now one of our pets is in pet icu fighting for their life. i'm absolutely disgusted with this and sick to my stomach. if the owner reads this don't blame your staff blame yourself shame on you! bring in proper training for your employees and take responsibility and don't just "work" with people because you can't replace pets with money. if you bring your pet anywhere read bbb and honest reviews because real reviews get taken down. Bbb is actually for the only Accredited bow wow camps here which is Las Vegas and summerlin. This one is not accredited.

This place is simply the best! My pup loves coming here and the staff and friendly and phenomenal. They are so caring and have things down to a T. I never feel worried when I leave her there, not to mention it's fun being able to watch her on their cameras. When she got sick with kennel cough, they called a few days later to check on her. I love the dedication and the caring they have for the dogs that are there. Plus, their extra services are priced very well, like nail trimming, bathing/grooming, etc. I highly recommend Camp Bow Wow for anyone looking for quality daycare for their dog(s).

Camp Bow Wow in Henderson is amazing. I have been taking my Golden Retriever there for the last 7 years. She loves Camp Bow Wow and is very excited when she gets to go. I never have to worry when I board her there - the staff is attentive and always takes great care of her. Thank you for offering such a great place!

They’re always so sweet and kind on the phone and in person. I have a super hyper puppy and when I’ve taken him in public, to the groomer or to the vet, my dog and I get shamed by people because he’s so hyper but at Camp Bow Wow, they embrace it and let him be a happy puppy. I always love seeing the pictures they send during his one on one play times with the counselors, and as the hyper puppy he is, as soon as he sees us pull up in the driveway to drop him off, his wail starts wagging and he’s tugging me into the facility. When I pick him up, he’s always handed to me with care and love, and then I got him being grumpy and trying to get back into the facility because he loves it so much. I get to watch him on the camera and feel at peace knowing my dog is playing safely with other dogs and given breaks as much as he needs due to his anxiety.Thank you guys for being so sweet and understanding with Flynn. It means a lot when I see your staff hugging him on camera, and seeing his tail wagging while he plays with the other pups.
