I absolutely love this store! I'm always shocked by the prices, adore what I find, and really appreciative of the space and cleanliness. It's simply the cherry on top that they're paired with a mission close to my heart.

Sabrina Chong, helped me on purchasing items for my home. I’m satisfied with all of the items I left with. I referred my daughter and mother to check out the store and personally request Chong as she led with grace.

Castaways in Henderson NV blow my mind as a place to shop. The store is amazing it’s a wonderland of articles to purchase at amazing prices. The cashier Sabrina was the perfect host with interesting ideas and suggestions about the store and shopping there as I inquired about this unique find in shopping. We have nothing like this in Fresno CA, to compare with. I shall be back

We are castaways…… We are castaways ?
This is one of my favorite thrift stores in the area even though they don’t carry VHS anymore, which they should.
This is a great location for furniture and tapestries and sheets for some reason. I used to come here to get all my vintage cords and cables but they switched off that section and now no longer offer nearly as much technology from the 90s.
Please bring back VHS sales .

Quality stuff, great prices! Sandwiched right between Goodwill and the Salvation Army on Stephanie Street! I bought several things for a new home at waaaaay below retail prices.

Selection was ok but prices seemed a little high for quality. Staff on phone, no hello, and a little less friendly than most workers we have encountered.

Me and my husband and are one and a half year old son visited castaways for the first time the other day and I am officially a loyal customer. I've never been fond of Goodwill's multi-billion dollar company especially with their sky high prices on donated goods. Castaways is not like that they don't charge you 12.99 for a pair used pants.
Everybody in the store was extremely nice. It was clean, organized and the prices are exceptional.
They even gave my son free hot wheel cars. I can't wait to visit the store again and drop $100 like I did on our first visit LOL and got so much for the money.
I hope this store stays open for many years to come.

Greeting when entering and the lady who checked me out was pleasant. I gave you 3 stars for that. Minus 2 stars for the guy at the register who burped out loud. I know it’s human nature, but he didn’t even say “excuse me or pardon me”, when I addressed to him, he completely acted dumb and denied it. I was just 8 feet away. Very Rude!!!! I’ve been coming to this store for a while, and never had rude people working there before. I think some training on how to act in public with your customers is highly recommended.

I've been telling my friends about this store although, I haven't been there in a while. My friend and I went a few times and when we did, I loved the selection and bought a doll for my collection. Plus, I can get lost in the book section. However, I am giving 4 stars because when I needed help replacing a sofa for someone in need who was in the hospital, the store employees (and church employees who they are connected with) said they don't donate but I could go see what they had. I don't understand how this was helping someone in need.

I do not recommend donating here. You will be met with a man that looks through your donation items and tells you the items won't be accepted since they are "not good enough", even though they are in great condition. Never had this experience prior to this place.

Prices on some stuff are getting out of hand. $75 for a used particle board bookcase with warped shelves. That's a no from me dawg
