They said I was doing a good job with my work, and then they let me go out of the blue with no warning, saying development wasn’t fast enough, even though I was getting more done than the other part-time workers. Made me waste money getting there just to tell me I was let go

Worked there for 3 months. Managers/supervisors are very friendly and understanding. Training was intuitive and any questions or problems I had were swiftly addressed.

I guess once they tell you this is entry level & you’ll be given all of the help, they let you go & delay your last check which is not even legal in certain cities

It’s clear they asked people who have worked there for a while (who I previously worked with in office) to leave good reviews to offset previous negative reviews. If you’re a management favorite (part of the clique) who is willing to stick it out for so long, I’m sure it’s fine.If you’re somebody who expects more than $13/hour to live in this economy you shouldn’t work here. They tell you you can get more hours than 20 which is true, but no benefits. To me that’s a side job for someone who doesn’t really need the money like I do. The turnover rate other than the few company favorites is extremely high, there were people coming and going every week. Forcing people into donating is not for me.If you pay that little and don’t give benefits, you don’t care about your employees.

Catapult is a great place to work. I enjoy calling on the clients and bringing awareness to the causes that we call on. You feel a sense of accomplishment when you’re raising money for such great causes. The management Team is nice and professional and are willing to train and provide that support needed to reach your goals. There isn’t a lot of pressure and that is key. As long as you follow the directions/instructions you will do good and make your bonus. When I’ve needed to take time off, they were very flexible and understanding. Nice to work for a company where you appreciated!!Great place to work!!

Training was easy and they took the time to answer questions during training and then even while I started jumping into calls.I've been working for them a few months now, they are extremely accommodating when it comes to how unflexible my schedule is. And work with you to find a schedule that works for you if needed! They are truly the type of company that treats people like people, and not machines. The management is amazing, always very quick to respond and available for questions, and concerns. My managers are always very understanding when it comes to health or things that are beyond my control. They also acknowledge and do shout outs for people, which always helps boost morale! The people I work "alongside" (as I am a remote caller) are equally as friendly and welcoming to the team, and you find them quite often cheering you on and building you up!The company itself is amazing to work for as you raise money for amazing charities that really help people!

Overall a wonderful company to work under! The staff and management are so sweet and understanding. Flexible hours and there's constant communication within the company. Really healthy environment you have room to be yourself and be professional at the same time. This has been an amazing experience working here so far. I really appreciate the fact I was given this type of opportunity.

I worked here for 6 weeks and was not happy. My supervisor Ashley was nice the first two days of orientation after that she was not so nice. I was let go November 25 2020 due to what she called abandoned my position when in fact that was not the case at all. I've never abandoned any job in my entire working career. On Friday November 20, 2020 I started to work from home, but I needed assistance to start the program, Ms Ashley was supposed to train me on that Monday, but when I call in she was not available, so her assistant tried, but wasn't successful due to her being new herself, so she instructed me to play around with it unitil Ms Ashley get back to me, her assistant text me and said any luck, I said no, she then said ok just wait for Ms Ashley so that's what I did, but Ms Ashley never call back. The next day, Ms Ashley call and let me go.

They do really good training on how to be negotiable and gain fundraising although they did not train very well on how to deal with sarcastic or very negative / hostile donors. When a donor is being sarcastic do not count it as a pledge.

I learned a lot about catapult fundraising in 2 days there is a trainer there named Ashley Underwood was instructed to help me once I got on the job after training she let me go in 2 days do to two voicemail calls the first day of work she stopped me for working for 2 days and on my first day I did to voicemail calls and she let me go when I asked her to assist me she's refused to help me and kept passing the buck to other trainers and taking me out of work and she advised to all the trainees that she was here to help and it was okay to make mistakes while we were in the queue because we wasn't in the actual queue and that she will help us along the way but she refused me help twice she cut me out of work and the first day of work she let me go and told HR and another supervisor and I've been avoided ever since no hiring letter no reason for leave or no verbal warning just let me go this is world discrimination and I would advise people that is going out for this job don't waste your time find you something that's going to be stable and that you're able to work and retire from or build with that's just my opinion. There are very unorganized company as far as the hours of operation and how they go about their training if you come past this job definitely research and reconsider if you can
