Brought my laptop in because it had a stuck SD card. He took the entire laptop apart charged me $100 and when I got it back it wouldn't turn on. He then refused to take any accountability and blamed me for the whole thing even though it worked as recently as 20 minutes before I brought it to him. He then held on to the laptop for 3 days with zero communication until I finally came to get it, still broken. He's unprofessional and when I shared my experience I was yelled at by the receptionist. I would be very cautious ever using him with anything you care about working. He also lied repeatedly to others about the situation. I've never been so screwed over by anyone, it cost me 3 days of work and tons of money. He refuses any accountability at all despite me having several witnesses to my laptop functioning perfectly moments before bringing it to him.

Lamar was so great! Needed a last minute check of a work laptop that just wasn't connecting to the internet and was very slow. I told him we needed it back that day as we were going away for the weekend. He got it done in a few hours, cleaned the laptop, and gave me great tips on how to best take care of it moving forward. Super friendly guy which I appreciated, and reasonable pricing!

Great experience. Brought in my iPad that had an issue with the charging port. Brought the iPad in the morning and was completed within the same day. Service was fast, honest and friendly. I will be a returning customer if I have iPad/iPhone needs in the future.

Had a few issues with the screen replacement. Not his fault at all. Kept getting damaged screens from the supplier. I appreciate how he made it right every time with no hesitation. I would highly recommend this place

Recently had my iPhone 13 Pro repaired--first thought it was a bad bottom speaker, but it turned out there was some extra debris that was blowing out the audio. Lamaar helped me out with both the repair and checking for extra debris--did an awesome job and making it sound good as new! Thanks!

Lamar taught my son (8) and I a great lesson. NEVER prepay for service from this company. We brought Lamar my sons phone to repair due to our screen not working. Lemar never called us to tell us our phone was completed. We then contacted the company and they said "Come pick up your phone." We then arrived to pick up our phone, the secretary went and grabbed our phone and told us not to turn it on. We were required to go home and plug it into our computer first. After coming home and plugging into the computer, the phone did not work. We then contacted Lamar and he said "You told me you wanted the screen fixed. You should have told me that you wanted the phone to work." He then kept repeating. "You never said you wanted the phone to work!" Don't waste your money or your time with this business.
