The branch manager Amber helped me navigate and solve a unique problem that others weren't able to identify, and got my account set up with no problems! Thanks Amber, you saved me from having to go with Wells Fargo! She's fantastic and I can only hope she's at least half as valued by the company as she is by me.
Edit: forgot to update this review. Chase is both evil and incompetent. They closed my account arbitrarily citing "inappropriate conduct with employees" but I did not have Any contact with employees after making the account. Even if I actually did that seems like a pretty bogus reason to close someone's account. To make matters worse they didn't tell me why they closed my account until a letter finally showed up. No clue how any of this is legal and I will never do business with Chase or any business affiliated with them for as long as I live because of this. Also going to put in a more detailed complaint with the BBB.

Atm ate my 2600 CASH deposit, now I can’t pay my rent, my car and they won’t give me my money back until the 16th of this month. Closing all my accounts with them as soon as I can.

The other week I stopped in to close my late father's account and add some dependents to my own. Cory assisted me through the process and he was a champ. He was super friendly and answered any questions I had. It's not easy to close accounts for a loved one who's passed on, but Cory made it painless and we had a great conversation. He also has a pretty rad mustache! Definitely ask for Cory whenever you need help with your account!

Convenient location right off the I-215. Plenty of parking and clean. Used the ATM without issue, short walk from the parking lot. Would definitely use again when in the area.

They're all American hating Chinese people running it . Call them you'll see . Probably CCP. Absolutely garbage company with disgusting employees. They need to be shut down and run out of the IS

My local branch was closed with no warning. I will say the last 6 months I experienced more issues than ever with the bank. Customer service was poor. Time to change banks.

Went to the Chase Bank to access and close my safe deposit box and it is closed until further notice. Total disregard for their Chase client.
