My local branch was closed with no warning. I will say the last 6 months I experienced more issues than ever with the bank. Customer service was poor. Time to change banks.

Went to the Chase Bank to access and close my safe deposit box and it is closed until further notice. Total disregard for their Chase client.

Terrible banking experience. Repeatedly asked for assistance to get my ACH set up because it showed access denied. It took August all the way until JANUARY to get it fixed with multiple visits to the Stephanie branch. Each time they said they would escalate but it didn't get escalated until December. A lot of excuses. Once it was finally fixed I had an email tell me I linked another account to mine, which I didn't so I called in to chase and they made the decision to freeze my account Friday at 5pm I have to go into the branch to unfreeze and they of course are unable to see me today (Monday). It's been a really poor experience, I've hesitated to move banks bc It's a hassle but I clearly need to make the switch.

The ATMs are always down, drive up service is down a majority of the time and they won't take coins. Looking for a new bank and Chase as gone down hill.

This bank is the worst. The supervisor did everything in her power to help clear a hold the bank put on a treasury check, but bank refused and said I would have to wait 10 days for hold to clear. The check was verified with the treasury and already has been paid. This bank is literally the worst and I will be moving my 16 year relationship elsewhere. I waited for nearly 3 hours in the branch just for them to refuse to release hold.

My bank teller Nikki was so helpful and super patient. I came in right at 5:00 and still helped wit no problem. NIKKI YOURE THE BEST

The atm was not working. So, I went inside and figured I would use the bathroom while I was there. But, it was locked. So I asked if I could use it and they refused. I have been with Chase for a very long time and wod never expect to be treated like this. Not only was it embarrassing in front of the other customers, but it seemed very rude.

NOW I see all the reasons for the one or two star reviews. Went there to take out money, I had the flu, I didn't want to go inside. I needed cash. Once again, the outside ATM wasn't working. It usually isn't. Both banking lanes were closed and only the Business lane was open.I go inside to the ATM, with a mask. THAT ATM isn't working and stole my card. I told the guy inside and he blows me off with a ''hit the red button a bunch of times.'' Very helpful.So I had to stand in line with TWELVE people and I have the flu. Finally a lady walks out from the back. I call her over and tell her the situation. She said she would take me in the outside Business lane. I'm about to pass out at this time. As I passed the guy who blew me off I said ''You're a class act''When I got to the Business lane she informed me since I ''swore'' in her business she wouldn't help me. Wouldn't give me MY money. Does this insane woman think she's the ONLY Chase in town?? I have 4 more within 2 miles, lady.I tried getting a hold of Chase customer service but you may as well try to nail jello to a wall. I sent a message to their FB page, and even though they say they ''answer instantly'' it went unnoticed for 2 hours. It wasn't until I wrote ON their FB page that they acknowledged me at all. I had written out, in detail, what happened. She asked for more details. Did she want to know what we were wearing? How our hair was done? Were our nails painted?Forget this branch. It doesn't even deserve the 2 stars it gets. ATMs are constantly not working & employees are like ''Oh well!''When I'm over the flu this bank gets the heave ho.
