This bank sucks. Waiting times are too long and they don’t give you any estimate on when they will be available to help you. I would give them a zero star if possible.

Needed to change the passwort on my account. Unfortunately as soon as I hit change the system kicked me out.After 30 min.I drove up to the Market place branch. Told the teller my situation. Sue Ann immediately got an unstaffed space and I started the process logging in with her looking on.. Same thing happen again. Took 30 min. and several calls to a corp. helpline. Sue Ann was really concerned if it will work and yes, it did. She also cleaned out an old account that I cancelled a couple years ago. She never lost her patients, was efficient and truly helpful. Thanks for the great service Sue Ann! It was appreciated.

No one answer the phone
I am standing here at the branch , they put the phone silent . Banker sitting there and no one answer my phone . Very poor service

Horrible service! The private banker was rude and lacking customer service skills. I asked to speak to a wealth advisor. Spoke with Madhu who was demeaning a@@ because he was ignorant and unknowledgable to something. HIM alone would never make me bank there. Chauvinistic comes to mind. What a rude POS! I left this bank for a reason and people should leave here and put there money elsewhere.

Is there always quick and helpful I've been going here for years and never had any problems it's a good quality bank as far as banks go I mean there's nothing special about a bank but as far as being good or bad it's at least clean and they are able to get you in and out while being friendly which is about the best you can hope for in a bank.

Nice big bank however, there is no drive thru. They only have 1 ATM with no more inside for withdrawal or deposits. The staff are pretty fast with client transaction's and didn't take long to wait in line. They move a little fast then standing in line for the atm. Needs additional atms inside so you are able to withdraw more money.

Kathy and the rest of the staff here are EXTREMELY helpful. They actually follow up with phone calls. Other GVR branches don't compare. Good job on customer service.

Chase is the WORST bank. I'm going to change my bank as soon as I can. They hire incompetent people from third world nations to handle customer service.

After filling my piggy bank with cash I got from family members every holiday over the years, it was starting to become full. That's when I noticed it was time to "break the bank" and deposit it all. I had about $250 in cash (with one $2 bill). I always use the Chase mobile app to deposit my checks, but having cash on hand required me to visit a branch in person. My closest Chase branch (on Valle Verde) just closed their doors a couple of weeks ago, and after searching around, this Chase happened to be the second closest branch near me. I was helped by Haylee, who was very nice and had excellent customer service skills. When you deposit cash, you are required to show your Nevada ID or your Chase debit card to ensure that there is no fraud involved. They had plenty of other tellers working there as well, which was great to see. I was very happy to have my money deposited by a teller instead of a machine. With Chase my personal bank, this will now be my go to branch location.
