Not friendly in the least bit, the tellers just talk to each other and stare at you. Didn't say hello or thank you, ridiculous attitudes with all the ladies and the one gentleman was too busy flirting with the Loomis lady.

So, 80% of the time, none of the ATMs are working. I am so tired of going there only to turn around and have to drive to a different bank. And if the Outside Atm us not working, the inside atm is not working eitherSave yourself a headache and don't go there if you need the ATM. If I could give -100 stars I would. I was a victim of FRAUD on my account and Chase has done absolutely nothing to help me. The worst possible customer service I've ever dealt with in my life. I'm now out of $4,700 as a single mother of 2 children right before Christmas.

Been dealing with them the last 3 days trying to reopen an account. I owe them money which was not an issue I knew I had to pay which I was prepared. I paid the money then was told I couldn’t open an account today return next day. So I did then all the sudden they have two more additional charges that I was unaware of because I paid what I was told I owe the previous day. I also called chase and confirmed the amount on the phone before arrival. They couldn’t tell me much about the charges. However I really excited to be a member of chase bank so I paid AGAIN. The workers are useless there they have to call customer service to help handle things and I had to keep passing the phone back and forth to get things handled. Once paid yet again I was told now I have to make an appointment to open an account that I couldn’t do it again. So day 3 today I go in after making an appointment. For them to tell me they could not open me an account. After I was told that they put in their system the previous day I could open an account. They could not tell me why or give me a number to call. A total waste of my time and poor customer service. I am a hardworking nurse and was treated like I was the local scammer. Chase use to be a great bank I thought but after walking out today it’s very sad to see it’s customer service has had such a decline! I see why people are going the credit union route these days

The 1 star reviews are pretty funny. I had nothing but stellar customer service here. Everyone is helpful and nice, the ladies working Saturday morning and Thursday evening are fantastic, I made it with 3 minutes to spare and they were so cool about it and helped me out. Made my day!!

ATM never works, the last time the atm light above was green buy a white unmaked van was just sitting there so I hunked. It turns out it was a ATM maintenance man and was disrespectful. I had to tell him the ATM light is green, your in a unmarked white van and from the angle you block the whole ATM and drive lane so I couldn't see him doing work I will be closing out my account with chase it is t worth continuing ATM failures and now I get disrespectful attitude from there employees. Plus hard to find a bank with live people that they give they supplies and access to can actually do there job. Just all around horrible. Bank anywhere else.

The one star is based off of my visit today. I have bank with Chase for a very very long time! Green Valley and sunset location. I went in to deposit a check and also make a withdrawal AJ was just not personable, and honestly I'm okay with that, but she was in such a rush to get me out of there! Unbelievable!! Biden customer service for many many years.

Go too this bank location on several occasions. The 24 hour atm ? machine space area is clean and the lobby area as well. This bank company was formerly named Washington mutual in the old days than it got it’s named changed to chase bank ?!

After having a very troubling experience with a prior chase bank on the other end of Vegas. I decided to to end my relationship with chase after over a decade of being a customer for my personal banking. When I spoke the the checker I was asked if I had my phone on me in order to close my account. I didn’t have it on my person but had all my government documents and bank card that clearly identified who I am. The checker said without my phone that she would not be able to close my account which made absolutely no sense. She told me it was chase policy which I knew was a blatant lie. She was being lazy and when I said if you won’t close my account then I would like to withdraw all my money from the account at which point she rebuffed that she didn’t feel comfortable making the transaction. A week prior I was literally discriminated against at a different chase and now I was experiencing this again from a Mexican woman. The branch manager was helping someone near by and overheard the dispute and intervened. She was professional and extremely polite and apologized for her subordinates behavior. When she was finished helping her customer, the manger then sat with me and did in fact close my account using my government documents and bank card. While she was in the process of doing so, she got a phone call and I heard her say that it was an accidental call and there was no emergency. The checker had pressed the panic button and tried to weaponize the police against me . As a 50 year old black man and business owner its appalling that black people are still being tested poorly in professional environments. I felt like I was in the twilight zone. I will never do business with chase again

Teller was rude. She made me feel like Chase Bank was gonna try to steal me $13,000 dollar deposit. I still haven't received me money, and they cleared the check on the 17th. I deposited it on the 13th! And they appear to be trying to steal me money. It's still not in me checking account, it appears to me I will have to sue Chase for grand theft!
