Irenka, absolutely amazing service. We were trying to open up an account for my girlfriend & were told they were all booked up. She went the extra mile to tell us how likely we were to be able to open an account if another appointment did not show up. So soon as they showed up for that appointment she notified us so we knew not to wait anymore of our time. Extremely grateful for her doing that. After going to four chase branches to OPEN an account and being told they're all booked up. Her service is the only thing that makes me maintain that I am not a jerk for recommending my girlfriend to chase. Because every other chase was lackluster and not helpful in getting an account opened up. & After using Chase for over a decade I'm amazed by how incredibly difficult it had been to get my girlfriend an account opened up.

My debit card was hacked so needed to be cancelled. I was sent a replacement but was able to go inside this location to withdraw cash until me new card arrives.

The ATM is inside of the location nice and secure. There is no drive-thru ATM option at this location.

Just opened an account at the Bicentennial branch. This bank is really nice. Very modern and welcoming. A nice gentleman named Darian was my contact. He walked me through setting up my app, transfering to/from another bank capabilities, ZELLE. He helped me determine the best type of accounts for my needs. Highly recommend.

A shoutout for Mr. Johnny Walker who is in charge of Chase Bank Anthem branch.He is always helpful especially when it's busy (filling in the tellers cage, safety deposit box, helping with any questions, etc). and always with a calm misdemeanor. One monday morning, I walked in on him with friends who just purchased a home in Anthem with a Chase bank mortgage. Friends had major question and worried all weekend. He sat us down and made them fell so relieved that he assured them it is what they wanted all within 6 minutes.As it turned out , everything worked out ok, and Chase bank has a new customer knowing JOHNNY WALKER is always available.

Diego is absolutely the best! He reached out to me the first day to tell me my card was approved and reached out to me about a week later to remind me about the benefits of my card and other important info. Thanks for carving out the time to care for your customers Diego!

We had a pleasant experience with the teller upfront. She was very friendly and had a very nice smile. Although we didn't have an appointment she did her best to get us in so that we could work with new accounts. we had a pleasant and efficient experience with new accounts as well.We were in and out in less than 20 minutes. We did get there early when the store opened.

Tellers lazy, manager won't help.I would hope Chase would fire every one in this branch. I would advise to take your money and run.

My wife and I had requested to talk with Ethan about refinancing a home loan. He was very rude and unhelpful when just asking about refinancing. We apologized that we inconvenienced you and you were annoyed when having to call us back. We wanted to see what our options were but he was very assuming and was very unpleasant. In all my past experiences with Chase, the customer service was GREAT... but not when dealing with this guy.
