Darian is amazing customer service is above reproach. I applied for an account online and used the password the system created. He helped me access my account and change my password. Now I'm all set and ready to go!

Went in this branch today, to get my account put into a trust. The woman refused to help me and told me to come back late next and refused to give me her name or the name of the person who had a notary. Very unprofessional.

I have been a long time customer (20yrs), and was told my account was going to be closed with no explanation. During the closing process I was being helped by a teller Laurie. She is absolutely fantastic. After meeting with her I am sad to part ways with Chase. However the manager Austin was completely unsympathetic, dismissive and unhelpful. The lack of customer service or empathy for my situation was bothersome after almost two decades of being a customer. Just a really sad way to end a business relationship.

I couldn't believe the difference in customer service I received compared to the customer in front of me. Veronica was absolutely rude to me for no reason, and was very condescending when trying to explain the deposit process of a check. Not once did she smile like she had with the previous client. I get that I'm not your typical customer, in terms of the demographic in Inspirada, but I certainly don't expect this of Chase, given my long history banking with them. People like Veronica make me feel like the Latin x community isn't welcomed around here. For that, I'll drive 15 minutes to the next closest Chase. Disgusting and disrespectful customer service.

The best customer service I ever received at a bank.Veronica has always gone out of her way to accomodate . I am very thankful. Austin is a great branch manager and this is reflected in the employees. Great atmosphere....feels like home when I walk in!!

Terrible terrible experience. Went to open an account after banking with Wells for 10 years. I run a variety of online businesses and was met with an employee who refused to open an account for me because they could not understand what my companies did exactly. They were skeptical and intrusive in their line questioning. Asking me a variety of questions that are not typical or required for bankers to know. It felt like an interrogation. Also they were extremely unprofessional asking for follow up information. They did not present a business card with an email or even offer to send me an email requesting the documentation they need to open an account. Instead they took out a piece of scratch paper and wrote their name and email address and the documents they needed. How professional…

Worst branch ever. People are rude and condescending. They act like customers don't matter and all that is important is themselves. Even manager Austin does not seem to care what customers think. And, Chase as a company does not appear to have any way to give feedback about Interactions or personnel. Other branches are slightly better. This branch is the worst I've ever experienced.

NO ATM! Drove all the way here on a Sunday to go to the ATM and the doors are locked! I advise just going to the Chase branch on horizon ridge or the one on reunion drive. Even when the branch is closed they offer access to the ATM.
