So VERY Disappointed in Citibank. Long time client of Citibank with direct deposit and numerous accounts (Checking, savings, CD, etc). We have no bad accounts or overdrafts, etc. We suddenly got a letter this week that all our accounts are being closed. We called and went into several local branches speaking to the managers and they say they can close your account for any reason and they won't tell us why our accounts are closed. They won't tell us why and they state they can do this to anybody. One of the branch managers states they see this a few times/year, although don't know if we should feel special about this. lol. We are looking for a new bank that wants to work with us and our money. I guess we'll go to a bank that wants our to hold our money. Wish we can give them Negative stars which is what they deserve!

Seriously impossible to get a live person on the phone who works at any particular branch. The phone rings maybe 3 times and then goes to another automated system that routes you around and around until you hang up. No information on the website to help with questions. The only FAQs have to deal with opening new accounts/credit cards/loans. No notary info locations available or any helpful information by phone or online. The automated system routes you in a circle. Super frustrating.

This is the best branch of any banking brand in the area. Never a long wait and people who seem to genuinely care about customers. Special kudos to April and Steve who gave us excellent service with a smile! This will be our go to place to bank going forward if the service remains this good! O

The drive-through ATM at this branch, There's always something wrong with it. It is hit and miss. So if you want to wait at the light, which takes forever, go ahead. If not, just find a different Citi Bank Drive Thru ATM

They keep closing Citibank branches. Now this one has a sign up in front of the tellers claiming they are #1 in customer service. I call BS! I'm trying to withdraw money from my account. Been standing around for 15 mins because their dispenser machine isn't functioning properly. 3 people are now standing in front of it with no clue what to do. Here's an idea. Do it the old fashioned way! Dispense it by hand. God this bank gets worse every day! Do yourself a favor and bank somewhere else!

Teller was not helpful. All I needed was to make simple deposit in my checking and savings account and she only made deposit in checking. Now I need to go back in the branch and correct it. Very annoying .

Worst customer service ever. When I phoned the bank for information, employee/ teller Deanna actually said to me, "I'm working now, you'll have to come in". What? Like it was a social call? A customer call IS work, Deanna. When I went to the branch, I was denied access to my safe deposit box for the first time in seven years, because my co-signer had a new bank form to fill out. My paperwork was complete, however. When I objected, Deanna ran over and started ranting "Do you want me to have her thrown out?" After calling a manager, I was allowed access to my safe deposit box, and closed it out. When I requested the $25 deposit I had paid for the safe deposit keys back in 2010, I was told that there should have been no deposit; that the banker who collected the deposit was no longer there because he did "things like that" - apparently collected money without bank authorization. So I left without my key deposit. Closed my accounts, closed my safe deposit box, never again to do business with Citibank.
