About City Lights Art Gallery
City Lights Art Gallery is a 501 (c)(3) nonprofit gallery run by 100% volunteer artists who promote local art and art education. Visitors will be astonished by the stunning displays and artwork, with volunteer artists on hand to answer questions or guide them through the gallery. Along with hanging artwork, the gallery has a unique gift shop featuring smaller 3-dimensional pieces, jewelry, note cards, matted prints, and more, offering gifts for every occasion and budget. City Lights hosts juried shows in March, June, and September, showcasing works by artists from all over Nevada, and welcomes new local artists to join at any time. Visitors describe the gallery as a great find, with a diverse selection of pieces, extremely friendly staff, and unique art items. The gallery also offers art classes and annual events, making it a must-visit destination in the Water Street District.
