The staff was professional and clean office. They are good at honoring your appointment made online. You will wait a long time if you don't make an appointment. It is also best to bring the paperwork needed for your lab work even though it was supposedly sent by your doctor.

Front desk employees are very rude. I sat there and watched how they handled people when they came in, and witnessed no professionalism or kindness!

Person at desk and phlebotomist were kind and quick! I made an appointment for 10 am, arrived 9:50 am and got seen at about 10:15 am. Not a lot of seating and the bathroom was a bit untidy but overall I’ve never been disappointed with this location
