“Quick and Easy online booking process through their rapidtesting website. I booked an appointment at 11am for 11:10am. I didn’t wait and got the result 1h later.I did a covid antigen home test who was negative but i had symptoms so i went to IC Labs to make a PCR test who was positive. Tests are expensive but if you can afford it, it worth it.”
“Was called on-time, phlebotomist was very skilled -- didn't even feel the needle. Additionally advised me of tests that were not covered and I would be charged out-of-pocket because diagnostic codes had not been properly entered by Physician. Thus, avoiding unanticipated charges. Overall an excellent experience.”

“Nadine was ready for me when I entered the office and took me back for the blood draw. She was professional, friendly, and efficient. It did not hurt, and she drew 8 vials of blood. I loved that I didn't have to wait for my appointment; I was in and out within 5 minutes! Excellent service!!”

“I have been to so many different locations and this one is by far the best. They are quick, understanding, and the employees are all very nice! I will never go to the Quest on mountain vista, or Sandhill again. I have to get blood work every week in order to recieve chemo treatments. I have had these locations turn me away for being 3 minutes late and refuse to let me get my bloodwork done since they had already called my name and moved on. Even after explaining how I had chemo the following day and if I don’t get this done, I will not be able to receive treatment. They told me I could wait as a walk in, which I did for two hours and 5 minutes before closing they told me there was no time. It was devastating. This location is so much better!!!!”

The waiting room was at standing room only, it’s usually like that, but the line moved quickly.
I had an appointment, so I did not wait long.
The receptionist was very friendly, as was the entire staff in the reception area.
The nurse/phlebotomist who drew my blood, LENA, was down to earth; she was very gentle and made the blood draw almost painless.
The bathroom was clean, as well as the waiting room, reception area and exam room
The next day the results were in and sent to my PCP.
Good positive experience overall.”
