I didn’t wait and got the result 1h later.I did a covid antigen home test who was negative but i had symptoms so i went to IC Labs to make a PCR test who was positive. Tests are expensive but if you can afford it, it worth it.”

“Came in with an appointment for routine blood work and a blood, genetic screening test and the experience was flawless! I had a 10:30 appointment, signed in at 10:29 and was called back within 5 minutes. The facility is clean, even the bathroom for my urine sample! This location does feel tight and small, almost like you're in a closet! I wish I had gotten the name of the phlebotomist that drew me, she was very friendly, and the stick was very smooth with minimal discomfort. 13 tubes and it was a breeze! Every phlebotomist should deliver this level of care! Will return to this location!”

Joshua explained everything he was doing and even though my veins were being difficult, he handled the whole thing with grace and kindness. I was at my doctors when they mentioned they wanted labs, so I was able to make an appointment here before I checked out at my doctors. Can you say convenient!? The care at this location is unmatched compared to locations closer to where I live and work. I will drive across town to come here again and hang out with Joshua T. Overall an excellent care experience! Bonus, I treated myself to some Ethel M's afterwards:)”

“Happy New Year 2024. I started my annual routines check early. Somehow I missed appointments and found myself doing everything at the end of the year. Anyways, I'm not sure why this location has poor ratings. There's not been an appointment that disappointed me. I had an appointment for 9:30. I got here at 9:25. Checked in. I sat and before I got comfortable my name was called. I got Kasey today. Can we be friends Kasey? What a nice lady, happy, great attitude. I mean is early, hopefully people that get in complaining and mad at life don't change her mood. Don't let them Kasey! Kasey asked for my order. Read it. And got to work. She was so funny. Needle went in and out. Great service. Excellent skills. I don't have no doubt anytime I need medical lab QD provides, I'll always choose this location. In my experience they have always been very professional, skilled, kind. QD proves excellent care and services, so far for blood labs. I left my phone in the car so no photos this time. But I made sure to ask Kasey for her name. I need to run for coffee as I fast for my blood. But she made my day with happiness, courtesy and great attitude. Thank you girl! Ohh by the way. Everything, everywhere in this world has a process everyone has to follow. People think they can just go to a lab and bring their samples anytime. Get in line. They take walk ins. You still need to sign papers if you brought a sample or need to finish what you couldn't yesterday. If you need to wait for hours like you question the nice lady then you should have made an appointment. Be patient. People, be kind to each other. So much crimes and inpatient people enjoying being mad. Don't let others change your world! Ok thanks QD, thanks Kasey (God bless you ) and let's get coffee! lol”
