“Everyone at this stor was sooo nice except one girl that was working here named Riley accused me of stealing a piece of jewelry and said it very disrespectfuly I get it you don't want people stealing but it was very disrespectful I wasn't even touching the jewelry and we were the only ones in the store. Everyone was so sweet there except her.”

“As I was browsing through Brighton's online store from my home in Texas, I stumbled upon the perfect bracelets for my upcoming trip. Knowing that I would be passing through Henderson, Nevada in a couple of days, I decided to give the local Brighton store a call to see if they could arrange for me to pick up the item in person.
To my delight, I was connected with Jaz, a warm and helpful staff member at the Henderson store. Jaz not only assisted me with my selection but also made sure that everything would be ready for me to pick up upon my arrival. Her attention to detail and the care she took to ensure I had a great experience left me feeling extremely pleased and confident about my purchase.
Upon arriving at the store, Jaz greeted me with a friendly smile and presented my chosen gifts bracelets, which looked even better in person. I left the store with a happy heart, not only because of my beautiful new purchase but also due to the exceptional level of service Jaz provided. Her dedication truly made a lasting impression on me.

“Before, there are NO managers on the floor EVER. I've shopped at forever 21 stores all over the country, and this never seems to be the case. Even at Fashion Show and Summerlin shops, managers are walking around, taking to customers, making sure everything is going well.”
“This could be the only Burlington store that has the classic logo. When going inside, the interior is massive! I feel like this Burlington store is WAY more better than the one on Nellis Boulevard. I enjoy my visit with this location. The loss prevention worker, a woman, is very welcoming and kind and she didn't stopped us to ask us some useless questions, unlike any other store in the city of Las Vegas, of course here in the city of Henderson. Ours is on Eastern Avenue, our go to Burlington store. But this one has all the things we need. Also, there were four people behind the register. That's a good sign. However, as always, the line can get longer. But me and my mom enjoyed our time shopping at this Burlington store. It's amazing!”
